Why is it so bad? The service here is just terrible. The girl who served me at the register this morning was EXTREMELY rude. The place is going downhill. It used to be good, now the workers here are unfriendly. If I end up coming back I won’t be tipping. The drinks are wildly inconsistent. One day my drink is bitter the other day it’s overly sweet, the color of the drink keeps getting darker and I get the same drink every time. Do they even follow the recipes anymore?!? Do they even have recipes?

Large variety and all yummy. The kids love the taro with boba wine I enjoy a traditional thai iced tea. It's a perfect location. We also enjoy the mural wall for a fun pic

Terrible service, it always takes 30+ minutes to receive my drink after ordering. Not to mention they're out of almost everything including boba! And to top it all off they’re serving expired product all the way back from 2020!

WAS I IN JAPAN?This is a very refreshing option if you want to drink something to cool down. The atmosphere is nice and the beverages (there are tons of options to choose from) were great.

Always forget the boba on online orders and DoorDash will only refund the missing boba. So I end up paying $15 for plain tea. Staff does not care they keep getting the orders wrong, no offer for a free drink later just told “that’s door dash problem” when it was their error, the driver did their job.

They do a great job with quality ingredients. My blended taro with boba was the perfect sweetness level, flavor and texture. The kind and friendly service is much appreciated.

Used to love this place, but recently it's been pretty bad. They opened 20 minutes late and had no boba. The little girl at the register with black hair and glasses was very rude, especially since it was their timing that caused these problems. I understand that people can have bad days, and that employment is rough right now, but as a paying customer I expected more than an insincere sorry and a rude look. This is sad seeing as how they used to be my favorite boba shop. Management needs to step up and bring the old ShareTea back.

If want to order boba and then wait 40 min for them to make it or I don’t know maybe they go pick it up from another boba place. My last straw was today at 11:15 (they open at 11), workers are milling about with the door locked ignoring the half dozen people outside waiting to order. I waited 5 min in the heat before just giving up. This place lost about $100 of orders this morning because they didn’t open on time and I will never go back. One of the people in line just wanted a gift card. I haven’t been this early before but see other people noted they don’t have the boba ready in the morning. If you want to open at 11 am, get your workers there earlier so they can make the boba. But if it isn’t ready, open the door and tell people what is going on. They could have sold the lady in front of me a gift card.

Honestly I had seen one health code violation after another and when I had finally gotten my drink it had been sitting on the counter top with 4 other drinks for about 8 to 10 minutes before anyone had called my name and it tasted like perfume was added to it Dior? No maybe polo? No it was axe tasted like it had axe body spray in it will not be returning gonna stick with BubbleBee cause they are the best boba I’ve had so far

I came into the store this afternoon, and I havent been in for a little while, the quality of the employees and management must have gone down because what I saw was unacceptable. No one was in anything resembling a uniform, one girl came in over 15 minutes late with a blatant hickey on her neck, and I waited for over 25 minutes for 2 drinks... its unfortunate because I like the drinks so much, but I will not be going back in anytime soon unless they get their store in order.. I do no reccomend going here
