I’ve hit all the pupusas restaurants I can hit in the Phoenix area and by far this is my ultimate favor restaurant! Food taste really fresh and amazing flavor!

Had the breakfast carne asada with eggs along with two papusas. The papusas (one pork, one chicken) were very good, warm and fluffy. The eggs were just about perfect and the home fries were good. The steak, as carne asada teens to be, was a bit over and tough, didn't knock a point for it as everything else was very good as was the staff.

It's sooo delicious! Definitely recommend! ?❤?

The absolute worst pupusas I’ve ever eaten. I grew up on them, as some of my family is from El Salvador. I ordered the chicken and cheese pupusas, they were filled with so much mozzarella cheese with some literal hunks of chicken. Not even shredded chicken, but hunks. All you could taste was the cheese, there was so much of it. When I would grab a hunk of chicken to try it, no flavor at all. I didn’t even eat them,! Just wasted my money. SMH. The most amazing pupusas I’ve had, hands down, next to my families, are from a place called Reinas De Las Pupusas. Their pupusas have won awards in AZ , so good. And they are cheaper WITH pupusas combos that come with 2 sides, instead of buying separately like you have to at this place. Definitely will not venture out again.

These have been some of the best and most authentic Salvadoran pupusas here in Phoenix. Highly recommend that you come here and try them because there are none like them anywhere else in Phoeinix.Definitely recommend trying the "mixta" which is pork, beans, and cheese. The other types are also delicious.

10/10 Highly recommend this place. I got the pork and cheese pupusa. The pork was moist and pickled cabbage had a good crunch. The salsa was flavorful and had a slight kick to it.

I tried the pork and cheese pupusa and the bean and cheese. They were both phenomenal! So flavorful, even the coleslaw and sauce that comes on the side were deeply flavorful and delicious. I only wish I’d tried this place sooner!

Magnificent examples of what Pupusas can and should be, not to mention their other offerings being exceptional. Craving good Salvadoran food for quite a while we took a plunge up town where recently the AZ Republic A&E section made mention of them, and you may want to check Phoenix Magazine’s Nikki Buchannan’s write up on Seydi’s! This inconspicuous café in a run-of-the-mill strip mall does not do justice to the incredible cooking served in this counter service, indoor seating establishment with modest décor, run by the Mother and Son team of Seydi and Jose Flores that gives you the best Salvadoran eats anywhere in the Valley. We went all out to sample a variety and were satisfied with every bite! We went for starters with Platanos fritos (plantains) con Crema (cream) y Frijol (a black bean sauce); and for our mains enjoyed the Yuca (Cassava) con Chicharron (crispy fried yet tender pork chunks) served with Repollo (cabbage) and Salsa; not to mention Pupusas - and we took home 4 Pupusas Revueltas (a mixture of different meats stuffed into these great traditional meat pies); I also had the best Salvadoran Carne Guisada (beef stew) with arroz y ensalada I’ve had in years. Seydi, we hope you and your son continued success, we know everyone who comes to savor your meals will definitely feel the love, not to mention the flavors of El Salvador. Buen provecho everyone!

Papusas were really good. Had the Salvadoran pies as well.

I am no stranger to eating Pupusas considering my wife is Salvadoran. This restaurants pupusas are very thick and fresh tasting. First Salvadoran restaurant I have seen with the combination of 2 pupusas and side of Carne Asada, perfect combination. Just the right amount of food for a growing boy like me. My wife ordered the Sopa de Gallina which is rare for her to order but she gave it 5 stars. We will definitely keep this restaurant on our saved list.
