Decided to give this place a try a while back and just can't keep myself away! I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru and it was super easy and fast. Staff was friendly and efficient and my food was hot and delicious. Definitely recommend the rueben on rye! I've seen a lot of reviews about this location not accommodating modifications but I haven't found this to be true at all in my experience? Regardless I'll continue to recommend this place. ?
The Original is still the best sandwich ever created. However must have them remove the ham. The original Original never had that giant hunk of thin ham in it, and frankly it isn't even ham, but none the less it ruins the balance of the flavors and I consider the original with ham inedible. Yet the original Original is highly recommended. I have had other menu options but they were forgettable.

Schlotzky's where it is okay to get your customized order wrong, because a meal (not combo) cost you $12. It would be too much inconvenience to get your order redone as it might be an extra 20min, ontop of the 20min initial wait. Hey, if you have long lunchtime from work or have nowhere to be and don't mind your orders being wrong, this place is right at your alley. 3/5 for flavor.
Unfortunately I can't say this experience was the best. Our service was excellent. The man at the window was super friendly. We did wind up with the wrong order through; and the au ju for the French dip sandwich I got was watered down beef flavoring.The sandwich itself was a 4 out of 10. Unfortunately the bread had more flavor than the actual ingredients in the sandwich.I will come back business have bad days. But for the price it may be a while.
Super tasty, the owner of this particular franchise seems to have a very kind heart and an open attitude about suggestions I give it five stars not all Schlotzsky's are the same and not all Schlotzsky's deserve 5 stars but this one does.
We love it here, they were very busy today. Took awhile to get our food and it was warm but not hot like the next table over.
Not a great area anymore, dirty looking facility but the staff is nice, hardworking and make great sandwiches.

Schlotzsky's has always had the best sandwich made. This was my 1st time back in over 4 years. I used to stop weekly but some employee wouldn't honor my reward once and actually questioned my integrity. Not sure I'll be back.
