I was so unhappy about the layover I had to do today as my previous experiences haven’t been so good. HOWEVER, I have to say! My whole experience of bad layovers was definitely changed when I decided to go have a drink at the bar. Yes, I needed a drink! I was greeted by this wonderful lady who served me at the bar on this fine Tuesday morning! I think she could see my unhappiness and she literally came to me with the biggest smile and the most warm welcoming. Not only did she make sure all her customers were taken care of but she made sure that I didn’t have the bad experiences I had previously had with layovers by being funny, caring, and just simply taking care of her customers. I wasn’t just a passerby, I was an actual customer of the establishment!! I didn’t get to get her name but this lady was a very kind, talkative, and wonderful women on this Tuesday morning who was bartending. Please thank her for me as she has changed my layover experience FOREVER!!
I’ve been to a few San Tan locations and wasn’t impressed, but I have to say the service and quality I received at the airport was top notch. Chris the bartender gave me excellent recommendations on food and beer and went out of his way to grab me some special hot sauce (Arizona Gunslinger). Overall exceeded my expectations and was honestly one of the better burgers I’ve had in recent memory. If you have a layover stop over to terminal 3

Pretty decent for airport food. I had the hazy juicy jack IPA and a club sandwich both of which were tasty. I asked for no avocado which they forgot but other than that, service was great.
Surprised to see such a low rating on this place :(. The line was long but moved quickly and everything was great for us! Friendly staff, Great food and great/unique Mr. pineapple beer!
This is the best quality food we ever had in any airport restaurant. Service was even better. Smaller sized menu and fresh food and we received what we paid for . Richard’s service was amazing …. Never been treated so nice in any airport restaurant . A+
Individuals working here are slow and clueless; have little to no awareness of their surroundings or patrons. Beer is just okay, food was absolutely foul. The chicken pesto sandwich I had was so rubbery and full of gristle I nearly vomited. Maybe they just microwaved it too long. Will anyone ever put a good restaurant in an airport?
Food was fantastic. Service was great. There were a ton of delays this day and this restaurant was one of the few that was open at the time. They were getting absolutely slammed. They were flipping tables as fast as humanly possible and my food came out very quick. Whoever was working the host stand on december 30th was doing a fantastic job.
