Great food for a gathering! Love the variety of sandwiches and salads. I order the day before on line and then pick up the next day! The cookie is great too!
Went back after a long time. My Veggie sandwich was just as expected, and reminded me of good old times. We (two of us) weren't too hungry so decided to split the sandwich and got a side of pasta salad. After a short wait, I was handed the bag and I was told they've put two forks in the bag (as they realized we were splitting the meal). To my surprise, I also found an extra cookie in there (sandwiches come with a cookie). I know, just a small cookie. Right? But it's the thought that matters. It did put a smile on my face. Sometimes it's the little things in life that make a difference. Before I wrote the review, I saw someone posted about black/muslim being treated different here. I am a Sikh by religion, have a full beard and also have brown skin. I've never once noticed anyone treating me different at this place. My experience today was definitely five star worthy. I would highly recommend this place.
Ok sandwich, ok cheesecake. I've only eaten here once...but I was not particularly impressed. Nice atmosphere, and they've got a patio which is nice for those days where it isn't too hot. I'd try it again if I was here often...but as someone infrequently here, I'd try somewhere else first to be honest.
They treat black and Islam people different and I noticed that multiple times, especially the old lady who always looks like she’s tried of working there needs to work on her customer service. If you’re black and go here just get ready to feel uncomfortable
Great local sandwich please, not only was the food fresh and they delivered a big lunch order for my staff, their baked goods were also pretty good.
Have never had a bad sandwich from Sacks. Always a good choice, and seems to always be something new to try.
Entered order online for 1 sandwich.I received 4 emails about the details.I arrived to pick up the sandwich. They said it's on the grill. I ask again then someone said they will start to make it. 20 minutes later i got the sandwich.They seemed totally slammed also unorganized.They have no customer service rack for quick pick ups.They need help. Looked like a fire drill! There sandwiches are good quality. I'll be back and give them another chance.

This was a great deli that was easy walking distance from the nearby medical facilities. We ordered the turkey sandwich, one on a gluten free sub roll and the other on tomato basil bread. When husband bit into his sandwich he was reminded of a deli he used to eat at in San Rafael, CA while in high school. The ingredients were constructed in a way that enhanced each individual flavor. It was like a party in your mouth! We elected to dine outside under the covered patio. The only concern I had was there could have been more attentiveness in wiping down the tables. I always bring my own wipes, so no problem to clean the seating area. The sandwich was quite filling and the little cooking in our bags was the perfect sized after dinner sweet. Husband ordered a coffee and a staff member made a fresh pot and brought it to our table. Thanks to that staff member because no one was standing around idle. Price point of our meals was spot on.
Always a joy to talk to Jan, Cary, and other employees. My go-to sandwich: Symphony. My husband's: Gothic!!! Delicious every time! Clean, friendly, and reasonable EVERY time.
