Love being able to grab a delicious slice or two of pepperoni - perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni and the dough is great. Decent parking situation - super easy to run in to grab take-out. Friendly employees and prices - all around great pizza experience!
Ordered to go. They forgot the side salad and didn't use garlic bread for the sandwich. We only ordered two things. Lame.
Literally the worst cheezy bread I ever had . Ordered at like 8 pm it was a piece of French bread with a glob of cheeses I woulda had better cheezy bread at lil ceazers . The original rosatis in Chicago would be embarrassed if they knew yaul reppin they name. N then my girl ordered a calzone and they added ingredients she didn't want in it . Like who does that .
When I ordered the pizza, I told them (and they confirmed) that I was going to pick the pizza up in 2 hours. I arrived at the designated time and the pizza was cold. The toppings were also pathetically sparse, especially compared to their Hayden road, Scottsdale location. Utterly disappointed, considering it cost me almost $30.
I have ordered many times from here I have let it go when my pizza was not ready after I had ordered online and told me it would be 20 minutes to arrive 30 minutes later and it's still not ready ready I started preordering it preordering it just to see if that would be helpful This past Friday I ordered it at 6:01PM for a 7:15 PM pick up time I arrived at 7:40 not only to have my pizza not even made I had to wait until 810 unfortunately I have dumped atlot of money here weekly ordering this was my last time ordering here I will find another place
Love the food but it took 3 hours to get my pizza and salad. One star for food only.
Wrong ingredients. Delivered to wrong door. Only 4 apartments in complex (4 plex). All doors have easy to see numbers. Food cold. Had extra on two ingredients I said no to. Yuk.
We used to like the pizza here. My fiancé is from Chicago and their thin crust is comparable to what she remembers, even if not as good, and you could get half decent deep dish here as well.Now for the past six months anytime we try to call it just rings forever. Tried to order online once and it didn't go through. Couldn't tell you anymore if the pizza is good because it's impossible to get one.
Came back for pick up 12/9, my account has multiple notes, "don't burn customers cheese" come pick up my pizza, cheese is burnt! Wouldn't of been a big deal if the Manager, Juavie wasn't there, he actually tried to tell me that burnt pizza was Chicago style, unfortunately for him I'm from Chicago and have been eating Rosatis since 95! I won't be returning, they made the pizza right, but I shouldn't have to give more time of my day for an issue that was addressed severalonths ago by them giving me credits for free pizza. Just my personal experience if yours is different enjoy but there are other Rosatis I can go to may have drive a little further but I won't have a manager that tries to lie to me about not making my pizza the way I like it. #burntaintChicagostyle
