Best custard that I have ever had! The combination of blue raspberry Italian ice and custard is perfection.
We ordered Rita's on Door Dash last night and had phenomenal service. We had ordered a quart of lemon ice, but they were out of it. Instead of refusing our order, which I've had happen before, the gentleman called to see if he could offer us another flavor. It was so kind of him to take the additional step to ensure we were happy. We love Rita's!!
I see a bunch of bad reviews and personally I never had an issue with this place besides the customer service, I think the custard and ice is great! But the customer service is not so much, the people that work there aren’t always the nicest or how they should be in customer service but besides that if your looking for a bite I recommended, it’s not to pricy and it’s pretty good.
We really like to get the dish with 4 icee flavors and the custard on top. The only thing we don't like about this place is the constant powerful smell of cleaning fluids. Both of us get a headache from it just waiting on line and ordering. It's there every time and is so strong- it smells like there's just open containers of cleaning supplies sitting around. Not fun.
The custard was okay, the Italian ice is better.The server was very kind and sweet, though he may have misunderstood a few of our orders. Still would recommend!
I genuinely think this is the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely come and get the twist cone.

Love this place. So yummy & such a fun treat for the kids.
Staff is friendly. They had good covid precautions. No sampling and staff wore masks. Seating was outside under shade. Custard is fairly good, I would come back as another custard shop that I really like is too far to drive.
5 stars for great customer service, great employees. Wow ordered a small custard $4.22 the quality is like frozen cool whip and the texture feels very artificial. The phrase Mcdonalds quality if they offerd custard was used which is completely corporates fault not this wonderful location.
