Called 4 times last Saturday to make sure they had lemon flavor...no answer but I still drove 15 mins there because I love waterice. Well when I get there they don't have lemon, and I explained to the girls the phones didn't work. She apologized and offered a discount on what I did buy.. 3days later I get a notification from my bank advising the total for the transaction was updated and is now $3 more than what I was charged at the store. I STILL can't get a hold of anyone at the store because the phone just rings and rings. Sad they are stealing from customers
Frozen Custard is delicious! Very Creamy and “heavy”. It’s been a while since I’ve been here… it’s definitely changed a lot! You cannot use the restroom or walk through to see the flavors in the case (all blocked off). And apparently if you show up around 2:30 there’s a ton of students walking around the parking lot and hanging out on the sidewalks and railings right outside.With plenty of ice cream around, probably won’t make the trip again!Sorry to say because I really love the Frozen Custard here!
Not a great experience at Rita's. The custard tested funny and blending it into my ice made the whole thing unfavorable. Unfurnished I won't return to this location.

We were welcomed the moment we walked in. We were then walked through all the flavors and options available. And we had our super delicious black cherry Italian ice within moments! Love this place!

No where to sit not even a bench. It's delicious shaved ice but it's awkward to eat it in your car or standing outside.

If you've never been to Rita's what are you doing with your life? Italian ice made in house and the best frozen custard to be found. I drive across the city for it, Arcadia or Tatum and Bell. The service is fantastic.
