Ate al fresco, beautiful area - food well prepared. Drinks were well made. Server was attentive even with wedding party seated in section. We will return when back in the area.

We arrived to celebrate my parentsâ 57th Anniversary but Richardsonâs had no indication of our reservation with Open Table. We had to wait for a table. When finally seated, we were next to a table of liquored up 30-somethings who were very, very loud. Richardsonâs is always loud, but this was very unpleasant because we could not hear each other speak. Not the restaurantâs fault but I wish they werenât so so loud. Food was very good but pacing was off. Entrees arrived 3 minutes after our salads were served. Iâm not sure why this Phoenix gem has slipped in terms of service, but Iâll still go back for the great food and generous portions.
After all these years, it's still outstanding. The drinks are wonderful too. Great place to celebrate an occasion.
The food was below average for the price. The A/C did not work in some sections of the restaurant.
We love the food here but this time it seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Our server didnât really check on us or seem very happy to be at work.
The food and atmosphere were exceptional. They appear to be a little short staffed which seems to be the new normal everywhere. Service was slow, water not refilled etc. but the food was delicious.
Weâve been to this location for Sunday brunch and itâs just not the same service. The food was awesome but the service was lacking. Our waiter took a good 10 minutes before bringing water to our table and when we were out he walked back and forth by our table 4 times before bringing more. He was new (as most of the faces were except 1) but there are some things we expected to still be the same, however the normally excellent service was lacking on this visit. Probably wonât be dining here for a special occasion again. The food however was still very good. Lobster omelets with sides of skampi butter- all around delicious. And the alcoholic beverages are always on point.
