So excited this spot is open again! The crispy rice dish is amazing and the spring rolls fresh. The service is also excellent!

They reopened better than ever, food still amazing. Can't get enough of that firecracker shrimp!!

Horrible experience. Tough meat on the spring rolls, wilted vegetables for the pho, rotten sliced lemon and wrinkled lime wedge was served. Notified the server and even left our phone number as we would like to give them a chance to hear our experience.Waited more than a week, nobody called. So unfortunately we have to post this review as this is not acceptable quality nor service. We park in the back of restaurant and we noticed filthy service door.Inside they have 2 mannequins hanged in the ceiling with vietnamese clothing that soo faded and piled with dust like it's never been cleaned for years!Very disappointed

I have been dinning @ Rice Paper since they were downtown I was been very happy with your service the food is amazing. The Edamame is definitely one of my favorites.I must say today there was a misunderstanding with an order that was delivered to my house. The owner was amazing when above and beyond to fix the order. This is the amazing customer service you get from this location.Call back the same day and has it resolved. I am sick and was able to enjoy my meal thanks to owner. Thank you so much.

I love the concept! Such a fun experience to choose from a menu of rolls! That are delicious and more adventurous than your standard spring roll! And the drinks.... YUM. Definitely going back. We also had pho. It was incredible.

Probably the best Pho I have tried in Phoenix. So delicious, the flavor of the broth is perfect on its own and does not need any additional sauces. I had the chicken Pho and the Spicy Asian spring roll. The roll was pretty big, counts as two, and sooooo delicious too! I would def come back.

My experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was delicious and exceptional. Lichi was bomb.

I have ordered here many times but ate in today. The service was a little slow but not a big deal. The first issue was when I got my pho and there was a huge hair in it. I showed the waiter who apologized and asked if I wanted another bowl. I said yes. When I was finished and asked for a check, I had two small pieces of meat left in my bowl. The waiter asked if I wanted to finish the meat, I said no I was very full. He then told me that there are children in third world countries who are very hungry and would eat that.I don’t feel like this was an appropriate way to approach a customer. I want to come back as this place is good and close to my home but I was very put off by this service.Disclaimer: I work in the social services field and I am very aware of poverty both worldwide and in our own city. I try my best not to waste food!! This interaction simply made me uncomfortable as a customer.

This is a very cool spot to chill. I loved that they have so many variations of Vietnamese spring rolls. The roasted pork bahn mi was very good! The seating is comfortable and there is outside seating on a cute private front patio as well.

The good: Excellent Pho Tai. Broth appears housemade and you can taste the spices, star anise, etc. The bad: Horrible Dragon Lady cocktail, it's a watered down mess with expired jicama, unripe mango, and basil floating in it. The ugly: Waiter couldn't care less when we brought it to his attention, even after given a 20% tip. Thai tea is good but you hardly get enough because it's 90% ice. Definitely ask for no ice to receive a reasonable amount.
