Food is good as usual but the inside dining area needs to be cleaned frequently. 6 tables are dirty, the long booth has crumbs and food grease on it and the floor has crumbs and debris all over it.

Too much ice in my lemonade. Tiny chicken (every location). Barely any fries. Lid doesn't fit my cup. Drive through girls too busy talking to give a friendly hello during the slowest part of the day. Can't get these people to salt the fries to save their life and I just don't know why. Raising cane's has a very good formula that takes a lot of work to mess up, but a few stores are trying their hardest.

This place is not as good as it used to be. The strips are a lot smaller, this one is barely bigger than a Burt’s bees chapstick. The chicken is chewy/rubbery.I’d rather go to Popeyes. Also, the people working the drive through don’t listen and you have to repeat yourself, this has happened on numerous occasions.

Small pieces. Poorly breaded & tasteless. No wonder they need their sauce. They’re just blah. French fries equally bland. Texas toast is hard to mess up, it at least was good.My dine in order was nicely packed as takeout. My first and last deliberate visit.[And no, I won’t waste time calling. Your signature (bland) chicken fingers just aren’t worth returning for.]

I don’t usually give five stars for fast food but this is an exception. I’ve heard about this place, friend Z. Mr had a bad experience in Orange County California but I didn’t listen fortunately because the one here in Phoenix Arizona was awesome. It’s quick friendly and to the point. A little loud inside with your music but that’s the generation should be like lol. The restaurant insiders and pick up we clean for 1 PM in the afternoon I got here about 45 minutes ago. Everybody’s busy and they’re saying. The chicken is out of this world. I thought I was just overly hungry but that wasn’t it. It’s excellent perfectly cooked chicken fries bread and a soda at her 10 bucks. Four pieces of chicken tenders fries coleslaw and a soda very impressed with the restaurant I don’t have a photo because I hate it too fast. I will spread the word and be a loyal customer

We went thru the drive thru. The service was courteous, prompt and mostly accurate. The only item that was forgotten was the requested ketchup. The fries were as expected, the bob style toast was acceptable, the chicken was oddly dry. As far as Cane's goes, this experience was below what prior amazingly positive experiences lead me to believe was the standard for the establishment. Still, it was much better than McDonald's.

I just ordered from Raising Cane's and the young lady took my order right away. She barely handed me my receipt and they called my name with a hot fresh and ready and complete order. It was so fast and rare I just laughed so much ! Just never had service so quick! Even the amazing chick fila A was not that fast. Mind you, there were people there plus the line was coming through as I walked over there. There were two attendants serving everyone and lines going. What service for sure!

The size of the fingers we got were incredibly small!! It tasted good as always but a little disappointed with the quantity. For the price you pay you should get a decent size chicken finger in my opinion.

Pretty tasty chicken strips, and their buttered Texas toast and dipping sauce + fries are great. The coleslaw was a bit lacking, but a decent mix between zesty and creamy sweet. I just prefer Popeyes or KFCs a bit better. Total cost was around 12 dollars for 3 pieces, not too bad. Their lemonade tastes homemade and a great mixture of sweet and sour.

Their drive thru containers are plastic so the chicken and fries get soggy quickly on the drive home. Other Canes have updated their packaging to be other materials so the food doesn't get soggy as quick. I hope they update this sometime so the drive thru experience is as good as the dine in.
