it's very good food for the price

We came inside to get a single jug of their lemonade. The wait time to get one lemonade was over 15 minutes. The staff member helping us seemed to be having issues finding the right tools to pour the lemonade, while the rest of the staff provided no help to this kid.For one jug of lemonade, the service was slower than one would expect. On top of the fact some of the cashiers were rude to the gentleman ahead of me. They handed him a folded bag without putting his meal in it, I haven't seen a fast food place ever do that... seems like a lack of training at this place.

I waited so long to finally try this place… and I was halfway let down. I’ll start with the good. The chicken was honestly 10/10, which is obviously the most important! Super fresh and hot. Loved the chicken and loved the Canes sauce of course! The Texas toast was okay…fries were cold and undercooked. The slaw was average. Coke was not the best I’ve had, full of ice and watered down. I was just very underwhelmed overall. With that said, the chicken was good enough that I would return if it was convenient!

Absolutely delicious. We saw the ad for Raising Cane's at American Family Field and decided to give it a try. It is delicious and very reasonable. I would absolutely eat this again. Thanks for supporting the local spring training! If you didn't advertise there, we wouldn't have known to try your restaurant!

I tried to pay half cash, half card. The associate charged my card fully and kept the cash. After two phone calls and driving back down there it was resolved. I am thankful it was resolved but will think twice about heading to this location. The chicken is good but they need to get some better fries.

The chicken was cooked really well, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were honestly disappointing, not hot and fresh. But the sauce was practically addictive--even though it's probably just dry sauce plus pepper and cayenne or chili powder--so the fries were essentially just a vehicle to eat more sauce

I haven't been to Canes in years, and I wasn't aware of the change in quality food. I read online that people have complained about the change in chicken and toast. My chicken was small and dry which made it hard to eat. I asked for an extra sauce got charged for it and wasn't included. With the dry chicken i really wished I got my extra sauce. There's better chicken else where not coming back.

Cane's is always enjoyable. The fries are lightly salted, and the chicken batter is crunchy and flavorful. The staff are friendly as well. Be sure to get some Louisiana hot sauce for the chicken!

I love Cane’s, but this location in particular is sub-par quality. Tables are always dirty, chicken is always over cooked, bread isn’t cooked enough, and the soda just doesn’t taste right. I come here often and I am considering taking a longer drive to go to another location from now on. I love Cane’s, hope these guys can make some good changes!

Chicken was good. Food was hot. Giving 2 stars for cleanliness and professionalism of staff. They stood around joking a lot, but every table in the restaurant was dirty. Crumbs, dirty napkins and straw wrappers littered every table. We had to take our dine in order to eat in the car. There's a pandemic going on and this place is scary dirty. Manager on duty just doesn't care. Visited at 2:30pm Thursday 12/9
