I'm originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana where this business started. I remember going to the location right off Highland Rd and Lee Dr and it taking a good while to get your food. Because the chicken is cooked hot and fresh and taste that way, the time waiting was worth it and still is. Since franchising and opening here in Arizona they've had growing pains but have of late decreased wait times without decreasing quality.
I ordered online and went to pick it up. I asked the front staff that bagged the food if the sauce was in the bag. They said they think so... I checked because last time they didn't give it to us and we didn't realize till we were already home with it. Well this time again it wasn't in the bag. When I told them they looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and were confused as to what to do. I showed them what it says on line and they didn't care to hear me out. Then one girl gave me the sauce and blamed it on the cooks for leaving it out of the order. Its sad because Canes has awesome food, but bad customer service.

First time having RCCFC and I enjoyed it, wish the portions were a little bigger but taste good.
Ordered two sandwich combos. Was asked to pull up to wait. Ended up waiting 10 mins. While 5 cars went around us! We didn't have a huge order. Literally 2 sandwiches and fries. What the heck. Do better. Won't come back to this location.
Today Tuesday the 15th I used the drive thru to place an order, there was a female worker taking orders using a tablet, I understand we have bad day’s but we shouldn’t reflect that at our jobs . she really needs to work on Her customer service skills. The tone of Her voice and Her pushy attitude makes you not want to go back to this particular canes. Food was great as always but customer service was terrible. ( the girl at the window had amazing customer service)
This is around the 3rd time I order around this time and even when the line in drive thru is gone u have to wait 10 mins plus for my curve aide order. Whoever ever manages this shift needs to step it up. Food was cold . And they didn't even remember my drinks . Had to get down and get it myself . Why offer curbside if it's not taken care of. I wish there's was another canes. Closer. Maybe chick Fila is better. I know you guys don't care much for the lil guys but . Smh . Smh.
For something that’s supposed to be made fresh to order and is promised to serve hot steamy meals every time, this is pretty disappointing…Everything is barely even lukewarm and looks like it’s been sitting in the warmers for awhile…I used to go to the Metrocenter location which always had the BEST food and was excited about having one open up closer me and this isn’t even enjoyable
Got a 4 piece meal, received 2 pieced cut in half to get 4 nuggets haha. I've been here alot and know these weren't whole pieces. Idk if they were running out or just like screw this guy, but even my drink was ice packed to the brim. Seems like they were trying to give me a hard time or something
The few times I’ve come here, always a pleasant experience, had most recent experience with chicken and fries looking a lil old(based solely on past orders), but it still taste good, don’t get me wrong! Still tender! Otherwise, great food.
