I'm loving some chicken and fries and they do it great here. Get extra canes sauce

I've never been a fan of Raising Cane's chicken fingers, although I've never been able to pin down why. My two companions both love them, so I gave in. A four finger meal is very close to $10 after tax. Can't afford that every day for chicken fingers! That did include an entire meal: fingers, a small cole slaw, slice of very dry Texas toast, crinkle cut fries, a drink, and 2oz of their chicken finger sauce. The only highlight for me was the Cole slaw, in fact we all loved it. Other than that, meh.

POOR and horrible customer service! Sick and tired of being served undercooked fries. When you ask for well done, it’s not done. When you call and speak to a manager on shift they are condensing. If you don’t get the outcome and anticipated outcome from them, simply go to corporate. Something needs to be done about this location! Better off going to chick fila! You will clearly get guaranteed quality food and customer service.

It’s Cane’s. It’s chicken fingers. That’s it…..but they do them good. Awesome fries, great Texas toast, and good cole slaw, too.

If I come here one more time and ask for 2 extra sauce ON TOP OF THE ONE SAUCE THE MEAL COMES WITH and only receive 2 sauce total I am going to go joker mode. I am being scammed out of my sauces and I won’t stand for it any longer

Not really a big fan of chicken strips but if I have a craving for them, Raising Cane's will be by number 1 choice. The chicken here are breaded and fried just right. It's moist and juicy when you bite into it, and their dipping sauce is just amazing. Their Texas toast bread is something you will never forget..

I don't come to Canes often because it's usually always super busy when I want to go. So I decided today is the day I shall get wait in a ridiculous long line for some delicious lemonade, butter toast, crisp fries and yes chicken tenders.Unfortunately my $9 was not well spent today. The tenders were extremely small. I got two tenders instead of three. The fries were not cooked all the way. And the lemonade was extremely watered down. I got no ice so it can not be the issue.Staff was nice. Service was pretty fast for the amount of people in line.Really not happy about my food.

I went to the one on E Thomas Road. Usually, they have lots of customers at the drove thru (the waiting line was even on the street every day). I was so curious about their food and see why they are so popular. However, I don’t want to wait too long in line. On a Saturday evening last month (1/29/2022), I finished shopping and drove by this restaurant. I saw that there was a short waiting line at the drove thru. I thought it was a good opportunity to try their food. While I was waiting in line in my car, there was an employee holding a tablet and he was walking around to talk to people inside the cars in the waiting line. Obviously, he was helping people to order the food. I don’t know why they are doing this way. I haven’t seen the menu yet and I did not know what to order. Thus, I pulled out my phone to check their menu online. While the webpage was still loading, this employee came to me and asked me what to order. I told him that I haven’t been here before, and I didn’t know what to order. He told me that they have fried chicken and sandwich, in a combo or not. There were lots of cars behind me after I got here. I didn’t take too long, and I ordered some fried chicken. When I drove by the big menu board. I saw their food photos. I changed my mind. However, that employee was still talking to other customers in the back. I was the 2nd or 3rd customer outside the checkout window. I thought I could not change the order. Fortunately, the guy was walking toward me, I waived at him and told him that I wanted to change my order. He changed the order for me and then I drove to the checkout window. They almost charge me the old order price with the old order. I told them my new order. When I picked up the food in the next window. They were still confused with my order. I had to confirm my order with them one more time. I checked my order when I received my food (a few fried chicken pieces, not a combo). I asked them if there is any sauce come with the order. The girl who gave me the food was impatient and yelled at me that I had to pay for the sauce. She questioned me that I did not pay for any sauce and why should I request the sauce??!!!! I told her that I didn’t know that the sauce is not free (I have never thought that this restaurant even charged ketchup fee because the guy, who helped me order the food, didn’t tell me about it) . I apologized to her and told her I didn’t know that the ketchup is not free. She heard my words, and she knew that she misunderstood me. She told me that the ketchup was free, but the Cane sauce was not free. I asked her what cane sauce is, she told me that is a signature sauce. Since she made a mistake, so she gave me a sauce for free. After I got the order, I drove back to home. My home is 5 mins away from the restaurant. When I got home, I opened the box and saw the food. The batter on the chicken was not 100% covered. The chicken was not as crispy as I expected (5 mins of driving back home + a few mins for me to get ready to eat), the chicken should be crispy, but not. I bitted the chicken; the taste was ok. The batter had the taste but not the chicken meat. The chicken meat itself was kind of bland. I dipped the chicken into the cane sauce. The cane sauce was not especial. It tastes like the Yum Yum Sauce in Hibachi restaurants, which is even better than the cane sauce. I am very disappointed about the food quality and the restaurant employee attitude. I don’t think I would ever go back to any Chicken Cane restaurant.

The food was awesome. The staff was great. The service was great they had my order and handed it to me within less than 5 minutes and everything was correct and just the way I ordered it

Really Good and Friendly. I don't like their signature sauce. It's probably just ketchup, mayo and pepper. Other sauces way better, the strips are really fresh and great quality, along with fries. Coleslaw could be tangier, it lacks flavor. With a limited menu it should all be really good.
