Horrible unprofessional manager. Sounds very young and immature. I even told her she is going to lose a good customer and she did not care or show empathy. I even expressed to her how I'm feeling while talking to her and no compassion. I always order delivery, dine in, or pick up. Twice they have forgotten an order and they tell me we will give it to you next time you order. I just called in the manager says you have to order within a week and there is nothing she can do about it.
The pho burrito changed my life.
Came here for Pho the shrimp they use is clear it doesn’t even taste like shrimp. The noodles were a child size portion. No flavor. Oh I ordered fried rice it was more like white sticky steam rice with veggies. This place is a joke. Never again

This is definitely one of Arizona's best restaurants . The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely come back.
The pho here is super flavorful and tasty. The service is on point too! The girl that works there knows how to be an excellent server. I didn’t catch her name but she worked today. Everyone is really nice as well. A must try!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Go to Pho Bowl the food is way better. I just ordered the worst and driest chicken teriyaki I have ever had in my life.When I asked why they didn’t cook it in the sauce and why the chicken looked dry they said that this is how it comes. I didn’t want to argue because they kept insisting that this is how they always make it. So I then got home and looked at their Google photos and they made my order completely wrong. It looks nothing like their photos. I tasted the chicken and it tastes horrible and extremely dry.I also ordered a Thai iced tea and it tastes extremely horrible as well. It taste like spoiled coffee. Very disappointed and the fact that the staff literally gaslighted me that my chicken teriyaki was right after I left a tip - horrible. I FaceTimed my cousins to show them the food and they laughed.This is extremely frustrating as I am a chill customer and a former waitress and I know good service. I even tipped almost 20% for a pick up order and I now regret it.
Food is great however servers need to be more conscious of serving. The servers took a vegetable plate to our table & then took it to another table since it wasn’t ours and brought it back. The waiter also was touching our spoons when handed to us so we didn’t want to eat anymore after that.
Amazing food great service good price ...i would definitely recommend and I will be returning....the burrito was so good
