I come here often. I always order a brisket pho with no cilantro. I ordered over the phone again tonight and they said it would take 35 minutes. I came to the store later and waited 40 minutes just for them to say “in store customers come first” like I’m not also a paying customer. That I can understand but when we’re waiting for 30+ minutes I would expect our order to be slipped in especially because they weren’t too busy. After waiting 40 minutes and they closed they asked for the name once again (they had already asked twice while we were there) and then continued to say that they didn’t have our order even entered into the system. I also saw a pair of customers walk out because a server (who admitted they were wrong) sat them when they didn’t have enough time to eat their food. They barely began eating when another server came up and told they that they were closing. I get that sometimes it can get stressful but there needs to be some better time management.
I’ve been here a few times, and it was always a great experience and really good food. Unfortunately, earlier tonight, the staff were in too much of a hurry to close. When I stopped in, waiting for my fiancé and I to meet me there, just past 7p, there was a lady who asked if I was ordering to-go or dine in. She didn’t inform me they were closing soon, otherwise I would have ordered my food to-go. The food turned out good, but she didn’t bring me the correct drink and had to fix it. We were rushed out the door at 7:50pm, being told that they’d be closing in 5 minutes, but the hours are until 8:00. ? I had to stop 1/3 of the way into my plate to put my food in a box to-go. This was very rude to my fiancé and I after we paid damn near $60 for our ? dinner! We didn’t leave a tip for obvious reasons, as described above. I didn’t realize it was closing at 8, but that’s no reason to rush a customer, especially customers who purchased a big order. Without customers, you have no money and no business…
Food is really yummy. I been here 7 times already. But there are many issues. Out of the 7 visits. 6 times they messed up my order. One pick order they gave wrong order. I called to let them know I had to place order again and refund old order. They did but the girl on the phone was rude, didn't care for my concerns and that I called to double confirm this time I get corrects items. She was quick to dismiss and literally hung up on me. Left me really disappointed with lack of good customer service.
This place is like a hidden gem. The outside is nothing to look at but the inside if really nice. I can’t believe all the times I was near it and didn’t go in. I use the T-Mobile store next to it but because the entrance is not near the street I never went in. It was the fact that when I door dashed and someone ordered from here is when I finally went inside. I really recommend this place. The place is nice and clean and the staff is great. The food was excellent.
Stopped here for the first time recently. The food was pretty good, but I still prefer some of the other pho spots nearby over this place.We each ordered a bowl of pho as well as some spring rolls.

Worst pho place I have ever had and I have eaten pho from San Francisco to LA to NYC and now in Phx paid for extra brisket not extra extra extra fat as well paid for XL portion and they also sent chicken broth for brisket pho have never had this happen worse place avoid all together
At this restaurant, it has the best pho soup flavor I tasted yet. I enjoyed the taste. Thanks for making it count. Keep up the great cooking there, you are appreciated.
Came in for quick lunch with my dad. We borh ordered combinarion Pho bowls and spring rolls. Spring rolls where delicious and fresh. Waiter attended to us quickly and promptly. We reeveid out food in about less than 10 minutes after we ordered. Pho was amazing with just the right amount of vermicelli(ive gone to places that i feel put in too much of it and takes away from the broth and the veggies inside pho). Checked out quickly and we went with our bellys full and satisfied.
