Great customer service and great pricing and the food is great ?
Meh, wasn't the greatest pho experience of my life. But when you want to eat pho close by you can't be that picky. Prefer the spots on Camelback and Indian School.
Server incompetence at its finest. Brought me the wrong order, forgot to make a drink from same order, and even charged me for the order they got wrong. Couldn't check the reciept until after I already paid so thanks for screwing me all the way to the end. 10/10 location to waste your time and money.

The food is ok but I had to wait over 45 mins for my order, first the told me 20 mins then I came back to the store after waiting and they told me to wait another 25 mins and even after all that no apology at all

This place has become too popular for its own good, driving down the quality of the food. After all, when the non-discriminating Marina crowd is willing to wait an hour who cares? The majority of the menu items are alright, but not worth waiting for. I did like the tea leaf salad though.
I don’t write a ton of reviews, I do however find it useful to hear other people’s experiences. And that’s what this place provides, an amazing experience, the food and service is flawless. Whether you’re coming for lunch, dinner, or dessert they’ll have you covered with so many options it’ll keep you coming back for more.
