Unwelcoming and passive aggressively rude. Don't bother coming here 8:15pm, 45 minutes before they close (9pm) because they're ready to go home by 8:40pm with the chairs stacked on all the tables. They'll say... "No Rush. No Rush." But clearly they don't want you there as they'll also blast music from the kitchen to let you know you're not welcome. The staff needs a class on customer service and hospitality. It's sad really, because I used to really enjoy coming here 4-5 times per week. But in the last 6 months the inconsistencies with getting my orders correct and the poor customer service have driven me away. I would much rather spend my money at a restaurant that appreciates my patronage over one that views me as an annoyance.Oh. I almost forgot to mention... Don't bother asking for extra steak on your salad because they'll charge you over $12 for it (nearly the cost of an entire second salad). And then when you ask why it costs so much they'll blame it on inflation and refuse to give you your money back.
We had a bison burger and berry salad and it was fantastic. If you are following macros they have them listed for every item on the menu. Very clean and friendly staff.
Typically it’s good but this restaurant is inconsistent, double veggie never comes out the same amount, I got like since veggie today, annoying. Also they ask you how you want your steak cooked but it’s useless because they cook all their steak medium well
Food was amazing! I had the breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to try other things from the menu.
I been hearing a lot of about this place so I decided to try it for my self.We had a little of everything, The Sexy Salmon, The PH Burger, and the Blast Berry Bowl. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients. I would definitely come back! Next time the pancakes after leg day!
I ordered two items. I am only a few blocks away from them. Doordash screwed up on my order and did not deliver it. I called PH about it. Talked to the manager. Was not sympathetic to my situation in the slightest. There was nothing he said he could do. Did not try to help out in any way. Basically you paid for food you will never get. Thank you anyway. WORST customer service I have ever had. So I am out $40 bucks and starving. Day is going fantastic. Thank you so much PH. Will NEVER order from here again! I will make sure my co-workers do not as well. I will spread the bad review to everyone I can. That is how bad this was handled!
Just moved to the area and glad we found this place. The food is always fresh and perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. Try the peanut butter protein balls.
Protein House is the greatest spot in town! If you’re looking for a wide variety of meal options, look no further! From their PB&J protein pancakes to their double stack bison burger- PH provides exceptional food quality for a great price. Efficiency and consistency is key and Danny(Manager), sets the bar very high and provides phenomenal customer service. Danny is a major asset to the organization. I’ve been a loyal customer since the beginning. Go check this place out!
OMG, this place is to die for - everything is fresh and made from scratch. Because I have many food sensitivities and a limited diet, this is my go-to place for lunch and dinner. I order four days worth of food at a time and pick it up twice a week. Customer service is outstanding--they really aim to please. Praying they stay in business forever~
Nice venue, quick order for pickup, good food (healthy and filling are biggest selling points). But the food wasn’t as tasty as I’d hoped considering the price tag. Desserts were okay but I can taste the sweetener in it. Probably stevia. The breakfast burrito was not the best I’ve had but it was probably the most expensive. It wasn’t even the biggest. It was okay, again. Everything looks good but I was hoping it would be a home run so I can make it a new neighborhood favorite go to restaurant. I don’t think it will be, but it’s on the right track. Hopefully when I try something else on the menu (BURGERS) it’ll be a step up and I will feel better leaving 4 or 5 stars.
