Order sandwiches through their website so door dash can deliver an 1.5 hrs later we calledWe were told door dash except the order but no one picked it up. Called Potbelly's and told them we will come pick our order up. The manager said she would reduce the grinders since they sat for awhile. So very apologetic and said they had issues with doordash through their app. I was very happy with the service nice people and got to say I'm not a fan of hot sandwiches but I have changed my mind I was impressed ty so much.
Potbelly has great sandwiches. But they need to pay a little more attention when bagging sandwiches. I talked co workers into trying this place for the first time. Ordered four sandwiches online for pickup. Only three were right. Ordered a wreck but got a tuna salad. Disappointing.
We did an online order today, Manager Amanda and staff have great Customer service. Highly recommend The Wreck and potato soup!! ?
Sandwiches are so yummy and I love the spicy peppers they put on them. Friendly staff and good service.
Let me start out by saying the crew at this location try their best to make things right. Last 3 times I've been to this location however, something has gone wrong. 3 weeks ago my order took a while to come out (ordered on the app) but I got a free drink as compensation. Cool, Irked but left relatively happy. Last week, same deal; ordered on the app and arrived to find my order not ready and took a while to come out. Offered a free drink again and before leaving I checked my order to find my sandwich was toasted when I asked it not to be. They remade it and I left annoyed for time wasted. Today I ordered again and after waiting 20 mins in store, one of the ladies behind the counter asked what I was waiting for and told her my name. She then stated they were out of white bread and gave me the option of Multi-grain or a Flat bread. Told her to cancel the order and left Hangry. I understand things can be difficult during these times but there has to be a better way to communicate items may be/are out of stock on the app so a customer can expect a substitution or avoid ordering the item all together.
Marcus the manager is 100. Polite customer service. Runs a clean store and he helped out on a error. In 2022, it’s hard to find the Marcus in the world
Ooook now this place is better than a subway. The suns are pretty amazing and the flavor is bomb. Price is pretty good although I can get more at subway but not the taste believe that
We order potbelly’s to be delivered to the hospital and it is great every time! They have always gotten the order correct and always arrive on time if not early. I order online every time and it’s a pretty easy process. I just make sure I get the confirmation email after ordering. The delivery person has always been super nice. Definitely recommend!
Not sure what's wrong with their trash system but never order online its garbage. If you're gonna rat here you have to go inside and tell them the ingredients 1 by 1 so they don't mess it up wth
