Really good BBQ but the portions got smaller over the years. $18 for BBQ and you get More pork to compensate for the 2 strips of brisket. We can see what your doing. Give us the delicious BBQ that we want.
We ordered from Pork on a Fork while in Cave Creek during Memorial Day weekend. We had a group of 25, good appetites, and some dietary issues. They were an excellent choice. They worked around the dietary issues, and provided good quality and tasty food. We were pleased with the delivery, it was on time and the person was pleasant. We had plenty of leftovers for the next day's lunch, as well. We highly recommend them.
I ordered the brisket sandwich, a side of curly fries and mac n cheese. My wife ordered the brisket sandwich, potato salad and a cornbread muffin. The brisket was good, was tender and well seasoned with good smoke. The sides on the other hand were all a let down. All the sides were under seasoned. They sprinkled some type of seasoning on the top of the Mac n cheese and potato salad but once that seasoning is gone the food is so bland. The mac n cheese is just an outright lie because there is no flavor or ability to visually see that cheese exists in their dish. It legitimately looks and taste like overcooked noodles held in a steam table that starts to take on a slight scorches flavor of food kept In a steam table that is too hot for too long. Given the price and the quality we won't be going back.
Really good food but the girl preparing/serving the meat had TERRIBLE dandruff and no hair net!! Disgusting! Definitely a huge turnoff when you’re excited to try a new place
Don't order online... I placed an online order and watched while they served 20 people before preparing my order which I got a text saying was ready...after a 20 minute wait mine was finally prepped. the meat was good.. don't order the slaw it was pretty much lettuce with little flavor basically a cup of lettuce.
very good place .. food very interesting. nice place for single or family. i will definitely be back to repeat the sweet dinner
This is going to sound made up, but the pork ribs are the best we've had (and we've been to Memphis). The baked beans are also the best we've ever had. I'm hard-pressed for an imperfection - maybe the cornbread is a bit too small. ?
Everything is wonderful from Pork on a Fork!
I unfortunately think we are done ordering from their for our training groups. They have great food, albeit super slammed and slow st lunch but that I could live with as it's a popular place. But on this delivery order we werr missing a half rack rib meal (is on our bill). Last time we received 4 bbq cups for 8 meals and the time before that not a single BBQ sauce.
This is a great hidden little gem! Their food is delicious! I'm a huge fan of their plates which gives a sample of everything. Their waffle fries and amazing and whatever seasoning they put on top of their Mac & cheese is to die for! You can't go wrong with any of their meats but the top 3 for me are their pork, sausage, and ribs. The only downside for me is that they serve RC vs coke or pepsi.
