Worst experience EVER....will not be eating it ever again! We went to this location after a long day of prom shopping. The visibly adult cashier tries to proposition my teenage daughter who is 17!!!!?? we ordered our food spicy chicken sandwich but the sandwich was not spicy we went to return it was given a fresh sandwich that was spicy my daughter opened the sandwich to dress it and found big spots of mold on the bread we go up to complain and the little short manager guy gets an attitude with me like I gave him molded bread!! He was very rude and disrespectful to us and made us feel worse. When the new manager comes in for night shift he just refused to deal with the situation at all (because there were other customers who had eaten half of their sandwich and then notice the entire bread was blue.) This facility never closed the door or even threw away any bread they just continue making sandwiches and selling them and pushed us off as if we were annoying them. At one point the female manager who had just came on ask the rude manager how to do a return back to my card he yelled from around the wall he's off the clock. Popeyes reached out to try to resolve the matter but was very vague and did not make me feel any better about it this manager got away with treating me so rudely after I paid my money and was given disgusting food. I will never go back to a Popeye's because of the customer service I was shown not even because of the moldy bread I hope that manager is off the clock for a lot longer for treating people the way they he did no one watches the cameras no one checks on these people and that's why they feel comfortable disrespecting paying customers. What Horrible service.....
Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to, I went last week and they totally got my order wrong I paid 13$ for a 4 piece white meal, got home I got 2 flat boneless breast called a got a free meal ok…. Went again tonight giving them a second go round paid 15$ For just 5 wings ok get home every single piece of chicken was burnt couldn’t even taste the Cajun seasoning, called the phone no one answers multiple times… this place needs to be shut down just horrible customer service at night. Someone from corporate needs to really check in on this store and do their job.
This Popeyes has went downhill fast! Chicken is overcooked. Staff is not friendly. Lines are backed up and the order is never right!!!
Horrible experience like everyone else. That'll be the last time I go there. Church's and KFC is way better with better service. I don't care if it's further. Asked for dark meat, combo cost $28 with tax, that was too much to ask at 5pm with 2 cars in line. Because they had to get rid of white meat, so I got some of the driest white meat possible. It wouldn't surprise me if they did it on purpose.
RAW CHICKEN WARNINGAfter waiting 20 minutes this is what you get for $12 at this Popeyes. There was immense confusion, arguing and cussing behind the window while waiting for our orders. Meanwhile the manager stood inside zipping up her pants and not washing her hands. (She didn’t touch our food). Another girl had her cell phone in her hand the whole time. And this is what we got. Small pieces of chicken that was 60% batter. Most importantly, undercooked. Chicken should not be pink in the middle. The popcorn shrimp was essentially batter balls as well. And my Sprite was pure soda water. Tried to call 3 times and no answer. Popeyes has lost my business and hopefully others who read this post.
I've been going to this Popeyes since I moved to AZ 8 years ago. They don't mind when I ask for fresh chicken. Sometimes they hire people who do not understand how customer service works but the chicken is always delicious ? However, because Shannon is such a great manager she always so nice, they still get a 5!
As far as fast food places go Popeyes is generally great. At some locations the employees are not so nice. At this location they were great! Food was quick and exactly what we ordered. Found something out here that I've never seen it at Popeye's that they have a large size on beans and rice. Will return to this location, there are a few Popeyes locations that I will never go back to just based on the employees!
Went through the drive through and was told it would be a 10-20 minute wait for a chicken sandwich, I said that was fine and they had us pull around to wait. well, we've been waiting over 30 minutes, staff has the lobby doors locked, and they're not acknowledging anyone coming to the doors while letting other customers out. coleslaw was only half filled and smells rancid, bun was soggy on the chicken sandwich, and I'm kind of concerned that we're going to get sick of we eat anything.
While I usually enjoy Popeyes this location failed to live up to others I've been to. The portions given for a family meal where not to par with what I've received in the past from Popeyes or other chicken restaurants. Maybe it's because they ran out of containers. Not even customer service knows how much is supposed to be served with a family meal. Popeyes needs to fix this since there should be a standard to what a large serving size is so all restaurants are on the same page. Food quality was good, fresh, temperate was good. The location was also a but slow.
Today is November 20th 7pm … went through the drive through she told me to pull forward .. I asked how long will it he she said “15 minutes” then walked away before I could say anything.. if I wouldn’t have asked how long the wait was I would’ve been sitting there just wondering where my food was. They aren’t giving warnings of the wait. No customer service skills.
