The staff is always pleasant & people - pleasing. Chicken (I prefer spicy) always is freshly cooked to where I have to usually wait for it to cool down to eat ! Juicy as well to my taste. So deliciously crispy, spicy and the red beans & rice ? ?. I usually order their specialty Strawberry Lemonade with light ice - only it's so sweet (for me) I get extra water to add & actually makes it more - yaaay. Appreciate this restaurant's acceptance & giving military discounts w/ ID too !
The young Hispanic man behind the counter was just amazing. He treated every customer well, was filled with energy and enthusiasm, and was overall a joy to listen to help subsequent customers while I ate. Every restaurant wishes they had an employee like that.Food was excellent, just like I recall it being prepandemic. Seemed to me like they have some new sauces, but let's be honest -- the food is all well seasoned, well marinated, and still juicy so it doesn't need any sauces. Loved the new soft drink dispenser which had my favorite Minute Maid Limeade. But I was surprised that it had Barq's Cream Soda yet didn't have Barq's Red Cream Soda which is a classic.
Front counter service was a bit lacking. Perhaps some communications training would help. The area around the soda station was not only messy but also sticky and gross. Fortunately my sandwich was great.
Manager was very incapable and rude. Said they didn't have mac n cheese then asked what other sides are available she repeated the sides we requested (Mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese). We just looked at her and she said she would make some. It was over 2 hours from close. They should have made it anyway. They were also "out" of the dessert. This is the second time here in 2 years and had suspiciously similar problems the first time.
I wish I can give this place a 0 star they are unprofessional rude disrespectful very yay! Slow and lazy!!!!!! My first time goin to a Popeyes and they are this bad its sad!!!! Trash restuarant and manager! The whole staff needs to be replace find some hustlers
I just ordered a spicy chicken breast and a biscuit, and the price wasn't too bad, I didn't think so at first anyway, but for the amount of chicken I got it was probably too expensive at $3.17. the breading was way too hard and crunchy, perhaps because it was early evening, the biscuit was okay, but the main thing was that even though the chicken underneath the breading was nice and tender and palatable, I really only got a few decent mouthfuls of chicken and then it was like all gone, it just disappeared. When I ordered chicken breast I don't expect actually an entire chicken breast because I know it's a large portion of a chicken, I don't even expect half of the breast meat on a chicken, nor a quarter, because that would still be a whole lot it would be a huge piece of chicken. But this wasn't any more than the amount of chicken you would have in one chicken tender, and maybe even less if you compare it to a large chicken tender. There was a whole lot of breading in other words, it was large looking because of the shape of the breading, but deceptive. Was thinking to try the spicy chicken sandwich, but I think I will probably skip it
Let me preface this by saying was super excited to try never been more disappointed in my life. Ordered two spicy fish sandwich meals with a side and drinks for my mom and myself, missing fries ordered, sandwich bread to hard to eat and fish breading mushy like reheated to much with bread both soda were nothing but carbonated water between food and delivery app 29 dollars wasted on inedible food and drink what happened to Popeyes used to be quality absolutely worst ever.
The food was ok at this location. I had to get it here because I was in the area. The chicken wasn't crunchy or even tasty.I am not a fan of mushy chicken and that is what we got. I always enjoy the Greenway location, so I guess I'll stick to them.
Love popeyes - but will never eat here again they should fire management. They sold me food that should of been thrown away long before they served it to me. Old old old chicken and a sandwich that had a bun that was harrrrd I'm pretty sure they made that sandwich at least an hour before they served it. I went drive thru and it was so bad I didnt bother driving back cuz I dont trust the staff there. AVOID this popeyes!!!!!
Always great food however my last order had hair in it and my fries were cold id came back had them replaced and he gave me unfresh redropped fries. So I got my refund for the fries only. He was kinda rude too.
