Have been here twice and both times they didn't have any items and messed up my order. Waited over 30 min for a couple of chicken sandwiches. And they still messed up. The staff clearly doesn't know what to do and hasn't been properly trained. The lobby was FULL of other angry customers for the same reason. I was told to come back and get my 2 sandwiches they forgot to add to my order and then they said that I was never told that and that i lied. Horrible service. The only nice thing about this place is how nice the young lady cashier.
I didn't really care for the way they took my order via the drive thru, it seems like the female was getting rude as well as rushing my and my children. Then when we pulled up to the window the barely acknowledged use until she took the card to ring up n then handed us our food.Now the food was so bland and dry. My son asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and he did not even get that. My daughter and son barely had any fries, even my red beans and rice tasted off. I have never made pop eyes taste this bad in my life.
Horrible, they were all on something, they could barely focus. I had them repeat my order three times cause they kept getting it wrong then I get to the window and leave and it was wrong. I go in and they all ignored me and I finally said something and they were very rude, manager didn’t care just kept ignoring everything as she was so out of it. I was so happy we moved to a new place near a Popeyes as my son loves it and now we’ll never be back over there.

Went to Popeyes for the first time, as we wanted to try the fish sandwich advertised on TV. I went through the drive thru and repeated my order twice. When I got to the window I had the employee repeat the order just to make sure it was correct. When I got home I had chicken sandwiches rather than fish. I had also ordered the shrimp and fish. I got shrimp and chicken. The chicken and shrimp were both terrible. Nothing but breading and almost impossible to chew. We threw most of it away. We will never go there again. Very disappointing.
I ordered using the app, I arrive and they stated they never got my order and made me go inside. I go inside and the front cashier says he remembers my order but doesn’t know what happened to it so they had to use MY PHONE to remake the order. They were out of macaroni and cheese and didn’t give me the specific chicken pieces I ordered nor my biscuits. It’s always a bad time when I go to this location so i don’t know why I thought this time would be different.Most of the employees (especially in drive thru) are rude!!
Look at my receipt on Uber eats and look at what I got when I actually received it.... Oh yeah ima make sure to call corporate because I called the store directly and got hung up on and you have the audacity to do this and I'm paying my hard earned money for food. Bad move I'm filing a complaint against your business establishment and ima share this around for everyone to see. Whoever is working tonight shift 2/3/2022 you should be ashamed of yourselves for believing this is ever acceptable and if you think this is then it's the same value you put on your own self worth when you think it's okay to serve garbage. I wouldn't feed this to my dog, a burnt chicken leg and a rock hard biscuit. Yall give Popeyes a bad name and honestly should be shut down really.
Will never go there again. Chick in was dry. Took a bite out of my spicy chicken sandwich and found a hair in my mouth and in my sandwich. The staff and customer service is horrible.
Y'all really ruined it for first timers...$50 in chicken with a large Mac & cheese and had a small scoop to share between 4 people ? man what the heck...answer ya phones!Hopefully this post gets 500k views like the rest of my posts.
So disappointed...the last two times we have bought at this location the chicken is over cooked, dry. Some of the pieces appeared to have been out too long. We will not be back to this location. Hopefully the one going up cliser to us will be better managed. Otherwise...there are other chicken places.
