I ordered the two-piece chicken combo through the drive-thru (with biscuit and fries included). They only had spicy chicken. When I arrived to the drive thru window, I asked for strawberry jelly to go with my biscuit. They were out of strawberry jelly, so I accepted grape jelly. Something told me to check my bag. I noticed I had two combo boxes and a paper bag. I noticed three chicken breasts and fries. Too much chicken I knew I wouldn’t eat. Also, No biscuit in the box. I asked the cashier about my order. She stated the biscuits ran out. I was upset I was offered jelly with no biscuit and paid for a meal I didn’t receive the proper food items for. I was so disappointed with the food and service tonight.
Very good food! Cole slaw was the best I've had anywhere. It's always a pleasure when you see the staff doing their best to make sure your happy with the product. Good job Popeyes
My boyfriend and I placed two separate orders via the Popeyes app at 7:40pm. It took us probably 15 minutes or so to arrive at this location. Upon arriving, we were met with a rather lengthy drive thru line but didn’t think much of it since the whole point of fast food places is to serve people quickly. I’m here to warn you now if you want your food in any reasonable amount of time DON’T come to this location.We ended up stuck in this line for at least half an hour. Once we FINALLY got up to the window, several employees asked us repeatedly about what the names of our orders were, if we needed to place an order, etc. The communication between employees here seems non-existent. As soon as I was handed my food, I checked the bag only to see that some of it was missing. When I asked the employee about this she explained that “they were out”. I became even more frustrated not that they were out of the item but because they shouldn’t hand people incomplete orders without saying something about it and offering a refund for whatever they’re out of..The employee was nice about it and offered a substitution for the item. I accepted and then immediately regretted that choice because it made me wonder how much additional time we would now be stuck waiting at this window. After my order got straightened out we (once again) had to remind them that we had a second order, what the name was etc. We were finally able to leave a few minutes later and I checked the clock which said 8:45pm.. at a MINIMUM we were stuck waiting for orders that we placed ahead of time for 45 minutes.I never imagined that I’d be able to say that I spent almost an hour in a drive thru waiting for “fast” food…of all things! ??♀️ Thankfully, everything we ordered was good but I can’t say I’d ever return to this location after this incredibly time-consuming and very frustrating experience.
Went through the drive thru, ordered food then they didn't have what I ordered so I changed it. They didn't give me any sauce for my tenders, a spoon for my mashed potatoes, or napkins. My fries were cold and hard. I called was put on hold the first time for 8 minutes then hung up on, called back again they picked up and hung up, called back again a female answered and said they want to talk to you but I think they hung up and hung up on me again. Called once more they answered the phone without speaking and put it down , for another 3 minutes and hung up again. First and last time at this store and I will not be going back to this store again.
Last Sunday the drive-thru here was long and slow moving. I saw the employees constantly walk in and out the back door to walk to circle k and the manager came out and was visibly frustrated and looking for her employees. I think this whole staff needs some training on respecting their manager. It was obviously busy and the staff seemed to be doing their own thing. Also, they are constantly forgetting items in my order. Last time they forgot to put a large side in my bag for a family meal. I will make it a habit to check my bag before I leave because it happens a lot. I like popeyes food and would rather support my local Popeyes but being in line for an hour and a half isn't acceptable. I'm going to drive to the Tempe location to avoid the issues at this one.
When the person is new and being trained, ensure that he puts ALL the food in the bag before he hands it to a customer. I’m out two sandwiches of a four sandwich order. How does that happen? It wasn’t busy and there was someone else who was there who was getting parts of his full order cause they forgot some of his!! There was someone there who should have been checking if he can’t do it correctly. Disappointed :(
This place has been on the downslide now for atleast a year. This is the last time I will ever visit. The drive thru wait times are ridiculous enough and it always seems they are not cooking enough food during rush hours. We got a 12 peice family meal and I counted 6 legs! Not a single breast to be found and the hot chicken spices were almost gummy in places. My wife and I have had a messed up stomach the entire next day. To add insult to injury they refused to answer the phone at this location, either that or they took it off the wall. I tired calling to complain for over 30 mins.. busy signal. This place is borderline criminal. Horrible staff, horrible manager. Fire everyone and restart.
Worst experience I've ever had. As a customer and a Dasher for door dash I've had some pretty bad experiences but this restaurant tops all of them. My meal was done after all others in line on top of that I was thrown out for complaining about not getting my food. The manager yelled at me and told me to not complain because some workers there were just teenagers. I give this place a 1 star and I hope management is replaced they obviously have no regard for the customer who is in fact always right. Now I see why so many people cancel from this store is because they are so slow.
Originally came to get 2 for ten meal deal. The offer was no longer available. So the worker suggested a 9 piece 2 sides 4 biscuits. I can't complain Food was good plus I was hungry. Yummy ?
How is it humanly possible to take 15 minutes to make 1 persons order. Saw 2 employees standing at the front counter chatting it up with I assume their friend while 1 person frantically runs back and forth making my order... new management is definitely needed before this location buries itself...
