Girl at register today was completely rude. Stayed hunched over register looking like she was going to puke.Very unfriendly. Ended up handing me my food after she claimed she didn't have a mobile order. She didn't say a word after. Not a thank you or here you go .Absolutely horrible experience
Literally never write these but our service was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The girl who took our order was on her phone the entire time and messed our whole order up, made us pay to fix what she messed up then proceeded to just walk away and ignore the rest of what was missing. A kid working the front came and took over helping us. While we were waiting she was just being rude telling her coworker she gave us our food and didn’t know why we weren’t driving off. Whole time we were waiting the rest of our order. Terrible service
Chicken, red beans & rice
Last two times we visited this location they were out of quite a few items including chicken! How do you run a chicken restaurant and run out of the very item you specialize in? They better hope Chick-fil-A never comes up with a Louisiana recipe or it might be game over for Popeyes.
Normally they're decent but this last order they blew and sucked at it. Dry a$$ chicken 3 breasts 1 leg (do they even know the difference) and more sauce packets to start our own chain. But left out the blackened ranch. Get it together
Great location I was in and out quick. But I have been here a few time when it took a little while but the food is good. The sandwiches rock yo. Especially for lunch man they fill you up
We’ll order two meals and they didn’t have the sides which was fine but they didn’t tell us until after we paid. They said no gravy for the mash as well which was weird. The drive thur guy seemed more invested in his phone than customer service. Said thank you several times didn’t get one you’re welcome just a blank stare and him texting on his phone. Pretty sure we got old chicken as well it was tough to eat. That’s the last time I go to this location I’ll drive to peoria next time
Whew! This Popeyes needs some work. Every. Single. Time. I come here my order is wrong. It's become a tradition, as soon as I get my order, I pull over and check it. Then, have to go inside to get it corrected. The people are always great about correcting the order and never ask questions. It's like they already know the order is going to be wrong. Also, this place NEVER gives receipts. I don't understand that. I always have to give them my phone to take a picture. When I go inside to have the order corrected, they usually don't ask for a receipt. However, the 2 times they did, I'm glad I had the picture. Lastly, they're going to be out of at least one item. I came by on Sunday, and was told they were "Sold out on everything." I've never understood how people in the chicken business, run out of chicken! Today, I came back and they forgot a breast and fries. And I had to wait 20 mins for it to be fixed. I don't get upset anymore, because I know what to expect at this point. This is the closest Popeyes to me, otherwise I'd go to a different one.
I ordered the big box ($6) special, requesting white meat only not spicey . When I got home and opened the box I had 2 thighs. I search high and low for my receipt in my car and my wallet to no avail. I wanted to call the store to advise them my order was wrong BUT without the receipt I felt that I didn't have a case. I am pretty much sure I wasn't given one. I should have checked the bag before I drove off.
It's okay. I mean they don't have the proper containers but then we are in a pandemic so they probably do not have the proper supplies. Also the chicken was so plain. Honestly, the Central and Dunlap location was better. This place was a step down from KFC. Also, the neighborhood is still ghetto as fuuuu. Honestly, eat another location besides this one. 23rd Ave is not it. Initially, I rated a 3 but now it's a 2.
