Can I get my receipt?She gave me the receipt and it was for 2 Classic Sandwhiches.I gave them my order again, gave the drink back.Her: we are out of ice, is that ok?Me: sure!She gave me a bag and I looked inside to only see the sand which.Me: where’s the fries?Her: oh yea…She started giving me the small bag.Me: I asked for the large combo.Her: oh yea, sorry.I got the spicy sauce on my sandwich instead of the mayo and my fries were cold… the job is not hard. These kids need to stay off the drugs. How does the food come out colder then the drink? Y’all gotta get it together.
I hate to leave 1 star reviews but my god, this place was a trainwreck. At dinner rush, there were NO fries, no lids for cups, no ice in the soda machine, sodas were limited to just Coke and water. Didn't give me the right side or right condiments on my sandwich which isn't a big deal on its own but the lack of care from the management is astonishing. Hopefully this place gets new management or shuts down so these employees can work somewhere better
Worst Popeyes ever. Ordered fries, got mashed Potatoes. Then got Buffalo sauce with my shrimp. Went back after waiting in drive thru to find out they are out of Cocktail sauce. How are you OUT of Cocktail sauce on Good Friday before noon. You could at least tell your customers when they order shrimp, that you are out of Cocktail sauce. I would have not ordered it. Don't just assume everyone would substitute with Buffalo sauce. And NO i don't want Tarter Sauce for my shrimp. Wish i could give them 0 stars.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Took two bites and the chicken felt like rubber!!!! Took the bun off and it looked like this under ??♂️
IF you get all of your order, in a timely manner, Popeyes is the best place to go. With thats said, our order was pretty much messed up from top to bottom. Things sold out, wrong sized sides. Tenders were spicy but weren't supposed to be, chicken was plain and was supposed to be spicy. We had a large gathering, spent a pretty penny and still had to go home and cook up some of our own sides. Will think twice before going back to this location.
Best chicken sandwich you can get under $5 for sure.
Terrible delivery service. I've ordered here multiple times but just about every single time they get something wrong. I've recieved different items, missing items, and even completely wrong orders. My last order I used the rewards points to get a free drink, and I recieved no drink with my order. Be aware if you are ordering delivery you might have to deal with customer service later.
It was alright. The service was better than ANY other time I've been here.What's up with the shrimp not being in stock??Whyyyyy does your bean & rice taste nasty as heck now??Ummm...the GM here needs to kick this facilities Management out and replace them with someone who cares about their job a little more.Young lady at the window was having a hard time processing my payment(I didn't understand what was going on, but she kept asking a manager for a "card". Later on I asked and she stated that it's a MANAGERS card to be used to override transactions over $50)but they couldn't find this card.Sad Sad Sad that the manager had NO CLUE where things were, didn't seem to be bothered that the young lady at the window was trying her best to do her job.Needless to say, I'd never eat here again
The food was awesome, as always. But they had absolutely no cups for drinks and their soda fountain was out of almost everything. The manager needs to do a much better job. A restaurant should never be out of cups or drinks. Especially one that serves spicy food!
