Definitely one if the best pizza in downtown Phoenix. I love this style of pizza and glad I came here. They can be shared between two people or can be devoured by one, like I did. It's not on the cheap side but it's nice once in a while when you want a sit down pizza.
I signed up for the Rosson House tour at Noon and I had 40 minutes to kill. I spotted the Pizzeria Bianco, nearby and decided to give it a try! Good choice! I let my waiter know right away that I was on a time crunch. They had a wonderful antipasto salad lunch special and it came with their fresh bread! In five minutes, I was enjoying a wonderful lunch! I won't hesitate to return and try their wonderful pizza!
The hostess was so unfriendly and made us feel so uncomfortable that after she seated us we decided to get up and walk out , yes it was that bad. Pizza is very expensive $26 Plus for a cheese and pepperoni pizza that is suitable for one person. Walk up the street you will find a great little hamburger place with outdoor seating that is as clean as can be... Serves drafts beer... that's where we ate
First time in. If you take Adam's you will end up in their valet parking lot, FYI. $5 to park wasn't terrible and a time saver I'm sure. The hostess was a bit rude, so that was not a great first impression. They offered indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. Inside is not very big and they have single bathrooms. We got there a little after 5pm on a Wed and were able to get a seat right away. The server took our order and we did not see him again. There was another guy who checked in on us and got us more drinks. I had a pizza w/no sauce. It was good but I missed the sauce. The pizzas are woodfired and big. The draft pint of Crispy lager was tasty but overpriced at $7.50. Pizzas were $20 (ish) each, beers ranged between $5 and $10 and soda was $4 and in a bottle. I felt it was overpriced for what we got, service included. Likely will not be back.
Best pizza ever!!We have traveled all over and this pizza is our #1 favorite! We vote it better than NY pizza hands down. Fresh toppings. Thin yet soft crust. Perfectly seasoned and amount of sauce. Cooked to perfection.Melt in your mouth goodness!
What and amazing place. The staff is friendly, the vibe is awesome, and the food is extraordinary. Great beer and wine selection too! This place is worth the drive from where ever you are. I am sad I lost 20+ years of living in Phoenix and just now found this place!! The wait does get long because the food is worth it. But you can relax outside and sip on a few beverages and talk. It’s Amazing.
I've been meaning to try Bianco for years ever since I first heard about him on Jimmy Kimmel 15 years ago. I tried to go to the one in North Central, but the time I went they were short staffed and I left after ten minutes without even seeing a server. This time I stumbled upon the OG location and was able to get a seat at the bar. I've been on a diet for months and relished the opportunity to live a little, so I got the Wiseguys pizza with fennel sausage, onions and fresh mozzarella. I was a little surprised to see it was a sauce less pizza, but upon trying it, I was shocked at how good it really was. The credit card machine was down, so they had to write down my CC info to run later, and had this been any other restaurant that I hadn't been meaning to try for a while, I would have been sketched out by it, but I was still on a food high, and simply did not give af...I will be back to try the capresse salad I saw that looked delicious, as well as a more traditional pie and it was well worth the wait.
Pizzeria Bianco is our "go-to" in Scottsdale for great pizza, cute atmosphere and tremendous ambiance. Everything about Pizzeria Bianco is great! I can't rate it more highly!

The New York Times, Rachel Rae and Food and Wine have all raved about the pizza at Pizzeria Bianco, and I have to agree. The Rosa (red onion, parmiggiano reggiano, rosemary, AZ pistachios) was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. (And I live in an area were there are a number of excellent pizza place.)
