My wife and I stopped by here and were unfortunately not greeted properly by the 2 individuals standing at the front looking at us like they were lost and proceeded to tell them that we wanted to sit down for lunch. After her confusion of us telling her we're here to eat at a food establishment we were then seated. The server was very friendly and sweet, and drinks were brought out promptly and took our order.Unfortunately we saw several other tables receive their food after we had already placed our order we as well as a large party that was getting their food. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally decided to leave and only pay for the beers that were consumed.Hopefully management will look into staffing more appropriately and try a little harder to make ALL guests needs are being met.Not to mention while we were having to wait for such a long period of time, my wife was hit in the head by the busser carrying plates and failed to acknowledge the incident.
Funky decor with a friendly staff, this place has flavorful menu and even better drinks. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
My first time at Pita Jungle, I had the Mahi Mahi and it was fantastic. I tried bites off the other plates and everything else was so tasty. Also paired my dinner with a Fuzzy Lemon and, while it was a little weak, was also really good. Next time I'm back in town I will definitely be back!
I was just in there at 5:30. They are busy and the customers are being extremely rude because they are out of brown paper bags. Uber drivers picking up food don’t have a right to demand paper bags. Get over it and get your customers food. The manager did just fine! And I loved the girl with the red wig and eyeliner
Met with out of state friends on vacation. Lots of catching up and story telling. We did go purposefully after lunch rush and our waitress was more than patient with slow decision making and my unusual food allergies (thank you, Shannon!). The food was tasty, delightful and more than generous. Over all, made our reunion perfect.
I had the pesto chicken wrap and greek salad tonight- salad was fresh and wrap was tasty!
I had a gyro pita here. Nice atmosphere and outdoor patio. Great menu. Lots to choose from.
It's nice to have a Mediterranean place in the neighborhood and this place has my favorite hummus, the jalapeno cilantro. We had the mahi with pita chips and the chicken tikka masala and everything was good, with the exception of the rice which they took care of. Service was excellent and overall I like this place.
11/26 - I ordered ahead it said “20 minutes for a grilled chicken salad.” This is usually the only thing I order from Pita Jungle. The dressing is delicious! However, when I got home I had to reheat chicken. And the entire salad fell short, unfortunately. The dressing was even lacking & it’s mostly my favorite part :\ This was my first time ordering from this location. I gave 2 stars because the hostess was super sweet & had great service. But pretty disappointed for spending $16 on my order.
Love their baba ganoush, their kids platters, their tabule... great options for vegetarians
