I always have a hit or miss when it comes to this location, but this was the last straw. I always order from the vegan menu, but somehow someway it gets messed up. Ordering the California Beach Tofu Lavash Wrap and it was messed up twice. Saw cheese in the dish (where cheese isn’t on the vegan ingredients for this dish or any vegan dish) so I brought it back to have it remade before heading home. Told them twice what I ordered and what I didn’t want in it, but turned out worse than the first time. Showing that I had the original ticket as well, maybe 6 customers in the restaurant, so it wasn’t even busy for a Saturday night. Got home and it wasn’t even what I ordered and had meat in it, and left over cheese that they picked out. I immediately threw it out because I couldn’t eat it. I won’t be going back to this location for a while. Cooks need to pay a lot more attention to what they are doing when making a vegan dish.
I don't come here often because I am not really familiar with their menu. I always end up with a dish that is just okay to me. Frankly, I don't like sending food back or letting them know I didn't like the dish.I keep trying ever so often to give this restaurant a chance. But I seem to be an amateur at ordering food here. ? I have even asked the server what is their best seller. Often times, they say everything is good here or that they have never tried a dish I am asking about. So I can't rave on this place.When visiting the ladies bathroom here they now have advertisements on the sink. I laughed ? because of that talk about subliminal messages while washing your hands.The atmosphere was loud here due to the music blaring and I couldn't hear myself think. The service was okay. Not coming back here for awhile.
Service was excellent and food came out within 12 min of ordering. I would definitely recommend trying the cilantro jalapeño hummus. Its not spicy and full of flavor.
We ate at Pita Jungle at Norterra on Friday eve. The staff was friendly, service was excellent and meal was outstanding! We started with coconut curry soup and jalapeño hummus for an app. I highly recommend both! We each had a salad. Mine was the Mediterranean chicken salad which I also highly recommend. It is topped with tabouli - another favorite of mine. The restaurant seems to cater to all. Many families with with children were there as well as couples. We will definitely go back when we are in Phoenix again.
Delicious! Best gluten free pita I've ever had. Amazing hummus, baba ganash, and garlic spread. Even the kids meal was done well! Our waiter was so friendly and even checked on the type of flour for me when I asked (amazing, it was chickpea). Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Wow, I enjoyed my hummus and Maui..the food is fresh. The veggies burger is big enough for two people. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is one:you set quit close to other customers & two the service is slow even when serving you your drinks.
What's not to love about pita jungle? This location knocks it out of the park. If you visit, ask for Chris. Amazing bartender/server and never skips a beat. Attentive to ordering, refilling drinks, or simply checking in to ensure the meal is up to standard. We always have a good time!
If you try to eat on the healthier side of food, then this is the flavor health hub! Incredible tasting food here. It's a nice Mediterranean/Latin cuisine fusion that never disappoints the taste buds. And their portion size is definitely on the larger side for the extra long and hungry work days.An absolute must have everytime I visit is their pita chips, they're addicting. Pair that with a cilantro jalapeño hummus, then indulge! There is also a spicy chicken wrap that is a giant's feast,, I never finish it. So all in all, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

This was the worst salad I have ever had at Pita Jungle. It was a dried piece of chicken on a bed of lettuce with a few cucumber slices and a few mushy tomatoes... Not even enough dressing... It was mostly dry. This salad was just horrible. It makes me never want to go back and I was always raving about their food. Not sure what happened but something did happen. $13 wasted... Sad... ??
