Tasty, fresh, and the staff is terrific! So far there hasn't been anything we haven't liked except for the cilantro hummus. It came automatically as part of a hummus duo, so if you, too, are a supertaster, be sure to request a different flavor. If you love cilantro, you'll be very happy. The gluten-free brownie with ice cream was excellent for dessert.

The food is great. We had appetizer of eggplant, I had falafel pita and son had lavosh pita. We also had chocolate covered baklava for dessert.

I loved the chicken shwarma pita. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud noise level in the restaurant.

When we walked in the restaurant was not busy at all and several waitresses where standing chatting, we got a table and pretty quickly our waitress got our drink orders. This is where the experience got a little bumpy, when she returned with our drinks I had to stop her from abruptly leaving to put in our appetizer order. We knew what we wanted for an entree as well but she left our table before we could tell her. Our appetizer came quickly thanks to the kitchen and a food runner and we waited patiently for our waitress to return (our menus were closed and off to the side). She never returned to our table. We watched her chatting with other employees, check on one table and we even made eye contact a few times and still nothing. By the time she returned to our table we had finished our appetizer and drinks and decided to just get the check and go elsewhere.

Food was great and the service and friendliness was much better here than the service and friendliness at the location in Tempe on E. University Dr.

Good is fine, I have eaten here s few times. Service could be better. The last time I was here, I checked in and asked about sitting outside. The hostess said she would send out a server. 15 minutes later I just left since no one ever came.

Took 35 mins to serve our order. Served 4 other customers that came before us. Their "take care of" easier orders process doesn't work well because you need to remember that you are still distracting the same cooks from the orders rant keep falling behind. The restaurant was empty and only had 2 small tables used and ours, the was no reason to take this long and then when I asked why all my family's orders where delayed they blamed one on 1 piece of salmon I ordered. The lady's on the kitchen kept murmuring in Spanish complaining.I have lived in Arcadia 20 years and I come here once in a while and every time it is a sour experience and I have given them many chances expecting things to get better but they don't, this new bad experience reminded me of why I don't come eat often to this restaurant. The seasonal green chili was very very salty and it was very simply with tahini sauce and rice. None of the items even if they are cooked fresh needed to take this long. Bad excuses for bad service.

Place was mildly full, workers seemed overstress stressed, no team work there you see servers and front clerk tension. Cooks seem like they have a flow, but everyone else are stalling. I just went to pick up order . Those dinning in I'm sure you'll have a delay. Manager clean it up, get your people together.

The ‘service’ was pretty much nonexistent, even during the less busy late afternoon hours. My wine glass was dirty and after trying to get someone’s attention for 10mins, I gave up and went straight to the bar myself. I work with the public and I know mistakes happen so I politely apologized and showed the bartender the dirty rim and asked for a different glass. He snatched it from my hands and rolled his eyes. I apologized again but it was ignored. The manager saw what happened and told me to take a seat back at my table insisting he would bring me a new glass. 10mins later, someone else walked by and practically slammed the replacement glass on my table and ran away. The ‘replacement’ glass was just as dirty as the 1st one, but at this point, I knew if I mentioned it, my meal would have definitely included a side of spit. My order was wrong but I was too hungry to care that much. Even if I wanted to raise the issue, I never would have had an opportunity because no one came by my table to check on me. I didn’t drink the wine in the tainted glass, so my water was quickly slurped down to the last drop. No one bothered to come by to ask if I needed a refill. After waiting over 15mins after finishing my food, and trying to get someone’s attention so I could pay and get out of their way, I requested a to-go box. It was thrown on top of my food as there wasn’t any other place to put it on the small table and the dirty dishes from my appetizer hadn’t been removed. After I finally juggled the box and food on the crowded table space, I reached to get my purse and my leftovers crashed to the ground, upside down, spilling the entire contents onto the dirty floor. 2 servers, the bartender, a busser AND the manager saw this and then all quickly averted their eyes and pretended to go back to doing their jobs. Feeling super embarrassed, I apologized to everyone around me and took to my hands and knees to clean the mess as best I could. I still left 20% gratuity.

Horrible service. We will never come back here. The table busser helped us more than our server. Give that kid a raise! He's got charisma and work ethic. The zombie do-nothing we had for a server should've hauled herself to the dumpster on a trash run
