The place is gorgeous, excellent management and service. Very, very clean. We love the way the waiters served us, very nice ladies. We definitely love everything. ?
They have gave my best man and his wife the worst time of communicating. Planning. Money handing I ever heard. Been to 5 wedding ceremonies and this was the worst of them all/hearing about it. Save yourself on time/stress and money. The worst was having homeless people asking for assistance outside of the entire and exit white packing the beverages!!!! Talk about security!!
Words cannot describe the horrible things the “owner” did. Heidi and Viri told me my payment was not made when I had Zelled it to them and I even showed them and I had zelled them previous payments before. There was no need for them to say I did not Zelle them a payment. If we hadn’t argued with them they would have kept a $1,500 payment. In the end they said we were a payment short and I had to pay them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BOOK ANOTHER VENUE. The workers and “owners” do not care about you or your event, they only care about taking your money!!
I could nt believe it but from another place, to where i was going i see after getting there i believe i would have been going in circals and more than likely not had found.
Very nice place. The quiencenera was beautiful. All the decoration and the hall was decorated so beautiful and everyone was so kind. Thank everyone especially Christina for inviting me.
BEWARE they will scam you by not giving your money back or saying you are short a couple payments when in fact you have the payments. The staff is very disrespectful. Heidi and Viri will agree with you and when it’s time for your party they will deny they said anything. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE. Go somewhere else!
Awesome place! Reasonable prices for sure. Servers are nice and respectful. There are alot of stalls for the bathrooms because they know nobody likes to wait in lines after having drinks. Lol! Security keeps an eye out and everyone is served when seated. ??
A friend was going to have a New Years party here. Event had to be canceled due to very personal reasons and notified the owner on time. Owner kept $4,800 and is in breach of contract. Do not book events here. Tram Avani ??
