Ordered fresh rolls that had a hair in it so sent it back and received another order. Invited a friend who claimed his chicken was over cooked. When we went to check out we explained we were unhappy with our experience and they didn’t charge us but told us to never come back! Great customer service… Also, their water taste like toilet water.

We used to come here a lot but not any more because of their recent ridiculous high price and low quality. Lately, they jack up almost twice the price for every item they sale in their restaurant and reduce the quality and quantity of food. For instance, they used smaller shrimp and less shrimp, less meat, less noodles/rice. Why charge double price and shrink the food portion and cut down the quality. Also, make sure don’t give them tip because the employees don’t get to keep the tip. All tip money go straight to the owner pocket so giving them tip only make the owner richer so don’t do it. We found this is very dishonest in the way they run the business, dishonest to their own employees and tricky to customers. Other Vietnamese restaurants may increase the price very little and still keep the quality of their dishes and have better atmosphere such as pho 602 or pho 43. Vietnamese food should not be more expensive than American food because it cost less money to make, a few thin slice meat with a small portion of noodles/rice should not cost $13 for a bowl of noodles or a plate of rice. Chine buffets have seafood, and variety of food, and deserts and cost $15/person and all you can eat. Imagine how much money this Vietnamese restaurant could make compared to Chinese buffets. Very little investment and make a fortune out of that.

This place has great pho! Highly recommend. Gets pretty busy at times and the wait can get a bit long but the pho is on point! Would love for them to include all the sauces and provide extra. The small portion cups and tiny packets don't seem to do much justice.

HORRIBLE!! I had the pho tai here today and it was just not good at all. I couldn’t even finish my food. The broth was mostly salty with no other flavors, it tasted like salty water. The noodles were over cooked and mushy. Our spring rolls were loosely thrown together, they were better than the pho but not great. For how many reviews this place has i am very dissapointed. This place needs to step it up, they have all the business but falling short on their dishes. I will never return or recommended this establishment to anyone.

First time I ever tried it, driven past it for years... the newspaper critic said it was the best Vietnamese food he's ever had. I have to agree - I will be going back again very soon!!

pho dac biet is amazing they give alot and taste real goood!

Good food. Service was unfriendly. Left a small tip because of that. Probably wouldn’t tip at all next time. Atmosphere is like a cafeteria. The food is good tho.

BLUF: Great food, but hire more staff. The parking situation was rough, it was packed outside. The ambiance inside the restaurant was mediocre. The wait staff was clearly overwhelmed. 1 to work the register, 1 to seat guests and take orders. 1 to bus out the food. In a restaurant of well over 50 customers. The staff was rude, but as busy as they were we don't blame them. The pho was delicious, the portions large and they loaded it up with meat. I would recommend skipping the dine in experience and order your meal to go.

my whole family knows n loves this place ❤️ the best: )

Legit. So, legit. Too legit to quit.
