This was my second time back to this place which tells you something. Solid Vietnamese food done right with healthy portions. I tried the fried five spice chicken and it was fantastic. The service is always fast and friendly. The floors were a bit dirty and the decor was a little tired but come for the food and the service

The good is good but every single time I have went their is multiple tables full of dishes. The tables are dirty along with napkin dispensers. Few times I thought maybe due to lack of staff members but there has been times there is multiple staff members standing and more than 4 tables full of dishes. The floors are extra dirty as well, food on the ground. I would include pictures but embarrassed to be seen by the staff.

Pho 602 is hand's down the best Vietnamese eatery I've dined at since moving to PHX. My mom and I tried the egg rolls, delish. And I had the beef short rib pho. The meat was so tender, so succulent and the broth fantastic. The dining area is large. The decor pallette is primarily black and red. Generally, this is a well kept and clean restaurant.Definitely a thumbs up. You best believe I'll be dining here again soon.

Food was great and super tasty! The customer service on the other hand horrible! The girl server that took care of us was so short and moody. Her responses to our questions were so rude. It was our first time at this place and we were so excited! The customer service though makes me never want to go again. I maybe would have understood her attitude if we had said something or had been rude to her, but from the moment we sat down we felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable by the way she provided customer service. There was a guy server that was awesome but he only brought our waters and food, the girl server was the one that took our order. We were never difficult and just wanted to eat some good food. Her vibe was so off though. I recommend the food, and if your willing to sit through the rude customer service then give it a try.

I've been a customer since 2019. One of the best pho I've found in Phoenix. I usually get the 602 pho or short rib pho, fried egg rolls and Thai iced tea. My husband likes the deluxe fried rice. Delicious food. Mmm. I usually order take out so I can enjoy at home; maybe once a week. The past two/three months I've noticed many new faces (staff wise), my wait time getting longer, and the dining area always full of dirty tables.Last week my pho noodles had a funky smell to them. I couldn't eat much.Today I ventured out of my norm and ordered a rice plate. They did not get my order correct. The meat I got is rubbery and unappetizing. Very disappointed.I hope management and staff care enough to turn this place around.

I love this place for Pho any day. I ordered the short beef pho ribs, side order of steamed vegetables, fried eggrolls, and a plate of vegetables. So delicious ?. They have other dishes like the 5 spice chicken with fried rice is definitely a must order, their garlic chicken wings with grilled onions and jalapeños is absolutely delicious, and their spring rolls is a must have as well. From time to time it is difficult due to the language barrier. They will mess your order up or forget items especially if you are doing a take out order. Check your food before leaving the restaurant. It is frustrating at times. I wish they had a fountain drink station and a tea station instead of canned soda. It would be a better dining experience.

We stopped by pho 602 on our way from Sedona to Phoenix. Food is authentic and delicious. Staff is professional, helpful, cheerful and super quick. Spacious and clean restaurant too. We ordered special pho and grilled pork with rice and they were excellent. Vietnamese iced coffee is REALLY good. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend.

My Fav Pho spot in Phoenix. Their broth is delicious and more importantly consistently delicious. They’re also one of the few Pho places I’ve been to that have Rib Pho. And if you’ve never had rib pho do yourself a favor and try it here. Delicious. The service is always very fast and friendly. I’m also a fan of the atmosphere. It’s super chill and their dining area is spread out and big enough that you don’t feel like you’re encroaching on someone else’s meal which I find particularly nice.

food is decent, good place but it’s more expensive than most Viet restaurants.Edited: 12/21/2021Food is good but customer service i would give a zero star. We were waiting for at least 45 minutes for 2 pho orders. People who came after us got their food before us. I waited patiently, asked one of the guy for the status, said he will check only he came out with more food for customers came after us.Try Da Vang you might like it too. Prices are Cheaper, food about the same.

After my really unsatisfied experience at the Tempe university area pho restaurant last weekend, I visited this one.Pros:1, Spacious, clean, no loud customers, waiters are attentive.2, AmAzing food.* 2.1: The no. 11 pho (beef short rib pho, which the ribs are both pretty long hahaha!) is freaking good! To start from its broth! Cos the broth is so good, so beefy and with the perfect amount of hint of natural sweet from small portion of onions and seasonings, and there is no water down (like the place I reviewed last time ugh, check out that review of mine, make sure you don't thrown your money away when you visit the nice Tempe's university area).* 2.2: The Chef Special seafood aka the fried fresh jumbo prawn andbsft shell crab udin noodle soup is very good too. The amazing part is the texture of the their odon combine with their zesty light green sauce (sorry forgot to take a pic!) I can't name it but remembered the scent and flavor from some deepest memory from my Asian childhood. It is extremely touching! Especially in this time when you have limited chance to visit families anywhere on this planet....* 2.3: Their Thai tea is absolutely authentic too: bold tea flavor, sweet level is just right, and the amount of ice is just right as well. The boba part is average/standard for Phoenix area. I personally prefer to have my boba somewhat bigger and softer/bouncier.3, Their bus person is with a relaxing and grounded energy, makes me feel the back kitchen atmosphere must be really healthy, therefore their food would carry good chi energy as well.Cons: (not really a con but can improve)The pho noodle is decent/average/standard. The noodle from my last pho place is top notch, hope 602 would find out where they get it.There is really no real cons, I am curious about many other dishes already.Definitely recommend!? PS, a question: I noticed all the staffs are young guys, I wonder why they don't have female/girls. Maybe because the bowls are big and heavy?
