I originally had a terrible experience at this location as their air conditioning went out on the day of my daughter’s birthday party and no one let us know. I’m editing my review though because since then, Brandi the GM has gone above and beyond to make sure I left the situation happy. Also, besides the air conditioning, our time here was great! Pizza was delicious. Kids loved the games. And with how great their management is I will definitely be going back!
Should have been a simple fix. Called in to order the double up deal 2 large $24. I ask how much is extra cheese " Heaven" quotes me $1 per pizza I agree. Gives me my total $33 somethings wrong here can you break it down please sorry the ex cheese is $3.49 each pizza ok your mistake fix it.. Cant manager please cant. Email call corporate office no response,will I ever go back to Peter Piper... Cant!!!
So I had a birthday party for my son on Saturday, June 11th and we noticed it was so hot in there. When my husband asked our party host about the heat she said it had been broken for a week. Every party was fanning themselves, us included. It was miserable. When my husband went to talk to the manager, he came up with a different story about how long the ac was broken for and wasn't sympathetic at all. And I certainly don't appreciate the manager just standing there smirking at us. The least this place could've done was warn parties. I'm just glad nobody got sick from the heat. Will definitely not return to this location.
Went here for a birthday party for one of my kiddo's friends. Pizza was good, as it always is, but the ice cream machine was broken, and not much was done to compensate for the inconvenience. Additionally, they have switched to an all electronic tracking system for credits and tickets (it's all done on a chipped card now), and this system is just not as good as the old coin op way of doing things. I understand it's probably cheaper for them with maintenance and materials costs, but the new system is confusing for small children, and it's difficult to keep track of how much time or credit you have left on the card. Not to mention that the card readers frequently had errors that caused multiple unnecessary swipes, which leads to spending more credits on a machine than intended. Also, the excitement just isn't the same; not seeing all the tickets coming out of the machine when you win big just falls flat in my opinion. All in all, the visit was okay, but just okay isn't really worth the price to me, so I don't know if we will be going back anytime soon.
Just forget this place even exists anymore. We went for nostalgia…but the service was horrid, the play area is a mad house, and my teenage boys had their 90 minute all gameplay card stolen about 40 minutes in with all the tickets that they gained. They also removed the best games that they had. The only reason I added the second star is because 100 bucks isn’t bad for the meal and game deal that we got considering inflation.
We were here yesterday and food took some time, however the customer service was good. Our kids enjoyed their play time and food tasted good as well.We played games and there was a mixup with one of the games and it had a glitch. The supervisor, Jake was very kind and helped us with our tickets reflecting in our game card. We had to leave, as the prize line was long and had somewhere to be...We returned today to get the prizes and turned out there was a mistake with our card, again. After speaking with Jake and Brett, they were able to help us resolve the issue in a very considerate and professional way.My kids were so excited and we are grateful. Thank you!
I had a very big order and the employee Jimmy was very nice and professional. The Place was clean and my order came fast and food was delicious! Thank you guy's and keep the good work. Thanks again Jimmy.
Always a favorite! A little more expensive than they once were, but what isn’t? Great tasting, quick pizza… just as I remembered! Simply, good food! They didn’t have Peter Piper Pizza in Oregon. Missed them!
I ordered through Google’s 3rd party delivery app (unknowingly until I submitted my order) and it was SUCH a disaster - I highly do NOT recommend doing that. The manager and staff were so understanding and so helpful getting my order together. Very much appreciate their customer service! Thanks guys!
Was great we had a great time the service was very quick the food was very good and overall the experience was wonderful the facility was clean and me and my family had a great time playing your games will be coming back again
