I thought it was very decent. I loved the fried rice and like how they make each batch individually. I got the kung pao was the right spicy and the crab wontons were good. I do think eating at the restaurant is a way better experience of pei Wei than take out. I came when it wasn’t busy so my food came out pretty fast. Worth trying

Lessons in their, Humberto and the front counter female employee, inadequate customer service skill set was learned today. Humberto is a terrible manager and it reflects in his employee. I was ignored and brought that to his attention. He gave a conditional apology, making excuses for his inability to have the slightest customer service oriented environment. His female employee was a direct reflection of his management style. Not wasting my time again.

Wow, Pei Wei used to be a decent restaurant. I ordered orange chicken and couldn't tell if they made a mistake and gave me tofu. It looked like processed cubes with some breading. The sauce tasted like something you'd squeeze out of a packet. Prices are higher and quality is lower unfortunately.

I love quick, easy and fast service on the days you need it. I like how Pei Wei has become more versatile with the menu options. My favorite dish is the Kung pao shrimp ? and I ask for the drunken noodles. Ask them to toss the noodles in the sauce so that it doesn't taste plain like in the picture. Sign up for their rewards program because it pays off when you earn a free entree or even a free shareable for your birthday ?.

Went in today around 3PM 1/29 because I had an offer BOGO..First time at this location..Placed my order with the cashier I told her I had a code..I showed her the code and we both realized that it was online only..I told her if I can place the order online to get that deal instead she said it was no problem..Manager came over to see what was going on he said he would cancel the order just this time and began to drill me that we the guests need to know what we are doing because Cancelling and order puts him in trouble.I’ve been in the industry a while..never heard of that..Placed my order online and the manager that was cooking asked me if the same items were placed like on the original ticket..I said yes and I’ll will take a seat and wait for my order.15 minutes pass by wondering where my order is..They placed on the takeout compartment..Good thing I checked. The unprofessional service I received from this manager had me worried..He did not even try to get my attention that my food was ready or deliver it to my table..Is this location short handed? If so I apologize for stepping in the door..I really hope he doesn’t treat his staff the way I was acknowledged for not knowing how to use my rewards- Jonathan

Food went from bland dish water with two sogged out wontons called soup to under cooked noodles and egg rolls that taste terrible. They used to be good but will not be ordering from here again.

The food at this particular location is always very good, the only thing better than the food is the customer service. The people that work there seem to know their job very well and are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile to ensure that the customers are happy.

Food was good, store was clean, and staff followed up quickly. Aside from that, I was disappointed and frustrated. We have a toddler with a moderate dairy allergy (epipen-status) and asked them what items had or didnt have dairy and they assured us the low mein was clear, which we found wasn't true when she flared up. When we approached the manager, he said it wasn't possible and we must be wrong. Upon checking Google, we found it should be avoided and showed him and he stated a sauce they no longer use had dairy and that we were still wrong. He brushed us off and offered to give us plain rice for a mistake that was potentially life-threatening.In addition, it seems that keeping stock during a non-rush time proved difficult as the drinks and condiments spot was totally understocked. When you've worked in food service, you can tell when the employees are struggling vs when the store is being mismanaged and this definitely seemed like a management issue.

As I was planning to go in and order some food for my mother and I , I wanted to use the restroom first. I asked to use the restroom and the manager said I have to be a customer. Ok first I would like to say that I was very offended by this. What is the difference if I use the bathroom now or after I order.people I know the andwwwr to that question but is it really that necessary to make people feel like this if you want them to spend money at your store? It’s very rude. Not only that she had some “friends” of hers mind you not employees or any other management step in and try to tell me I was lying!!!!!! I am very very very displeased and will never come to this company/establishment to spend a dollar ever again!!!!! It’s 2022 people need to get real and be mindful of thy neighbors

I never eat a Pei Wei because of too many bad experiences with the one by my house off Scottsdale Rd. My office manager was nice enough to bring me an orange chicken bowl a month ago. I was Shocked by how yummy, hot, fresh and that the rice was perfectly cooked. My and my wife now drive Metro Center from Cave Creek just to eat here. It is always fresh always bomb. I even picked it up and brought it home. It sat in the car for hour and a half because I had errands to run. When I got home it was still BOMB. Love this location. They are definitely doing it right.
