The food at this location is not consistent with every other Pei Wei. The chicken is soggy and the vegetables taste like dirt.
We stopped ordering from Pei Wei a few year's back due to the increase in pricing and minimizing of portions. Today My family decided to try the restaurant again. We ordered through the Door Dash app, therefore please consider this factor when reading our review. Also, I will confirm that the app was accurate and the delivery was timely. Now back to the food... it was VERY COLD and dry. The flavors were minimal and left a lot to be desired. All this and a very large price tag! We are still hungry and disappointed!
I went to have lunch today and ordered the Dan-dan noodles with chicken. It wasn’t spicy at all mostly sweet with a thick yucky sauce. The noodles were like spaghetti. Not good at all. Very dissatisfied, definitely not like it used to be. The serving was on a plastic plate and the presentation was horrible. I won’t go back. Oh and the crab angels were burnt on the tops and there was barely any cream cheese in them.
Veganize any item here.Quality is always good.Dan Dan is the best with cucumbers and sprouts. To go ordering is best and on time on their website.
I am disappointed i wanted white rice with orange shrimp the cashier told they they had ran out , I told him I don’t like brown rice and I’m willing to wait for some white rice .I went in the store one hour before it closed ,plus I was willing to wait because I had to go to chevron and Walgreens ,the cashier told me that they cannot make the rice because it takes “45 mins” and that they were about to close soon ,for one little bowl of rice 45 mins that’s ridiculous it at least takes 5 mins and now I see that they refuse to make it because they we’re already packing up to close even tho I had gotten there at 7:23 pm and that they didn’t want to deal with re-cleaning so instead I had asked for shrimp fried rice and they STILL gave me brown rice thanks for the 11.32$ I had to waste to throw away .I’d rather spend 2 times more at pita jungle .at least I know they cater to their guest .
I like this restaurant because it reminds me of a Dennys I used to go to and that Dennys reminds me of a ice cream store my parents used to take me to when I was little. Long story short, I like yogurt.
I used to love their food. Went back after not dining there for quite some time. Ordered online, texted upon arrival, and waited. After 15 minutes, went in and was told they didn't receive the text. Food was entirely disappointing, flavorless. Crab puffs tasted imitation. Unfortunately, won't be returning.
Our favorite Pei Wei for take out! For some reason if we want to eat in we go to the Gaines Ranch location but always get take out from Indian School and I like how they do the Kung Po Chicken better!
The food is great here. Fresh and tasty. And brings us back for more, consistently! This location is struggling to keep staffed and get all their phone and online ordering technical difficulties sorted out. It’s too bad because the people working here are just great, from the manager to the young lady, Ale, who works the takeout and curbside services. They really have a tremendous customer focus, and true sense of hospitality, welcoming guests and wanting the food and experience of the patrons to be the best possible. I so appreciate their efforts and great service attitudes. I’m pulling for them to shine their best and for this location to continue to ride through the rough times of the pandemic, to survive and thrive another day! We all look forward to that for each of us and our families and our businesses. These guys deserve our patronage and I wish them all the successes they need and more!Corporate support: can you please help them with their crazy inconsistent phone, and now today, please help them fix online ordering, as we cannot place orders online! Many thanks and blessings of good health and prosperity to all!
When one of your managers tells a customer “not to come back” because they reach out to your store over an incorrect order, and that same manager tells them “this place is -expletive-“ it’s hard to have confidence in the quality of service you’ll receive let alone the food. I also feel that if you’re going to reimburse a customer for such an issue, the manager shouldn’t shame the customer saying it will come out of “his pocket”. Is this how you train your employees to handle these type of situations? Or do you in fact take money out of your employees pockets in these situations?? It’s pretty unsettling either way. There’s certainly no reason to come back, your manger made sure of that.
