Placed online order for a timed pickup and arrived early... worst decision ever... order was not getting filled and wasted my whole lunch hour... horrible customer service and didn't ask for a refund because I was picking up coworkers lunches as well ? portions were also lacking especially on the soup... so dissapointed and not returning again
This was absolutely disgusting. What I was served was cold spaghetti looking noodles with a sauce with chunks of what was supposed to be chicken that were these squishy gross cubes off mush. It was cold too. I'd never eat there again.
Today we took advantage of the online only special "to buy one entree and get one entree free."It was quiet and empty and we enjoyed the music selection that was playing. Food here is always so scrumptious ? and yummy ?.
Second time that I have a negative experience here. And these are not the only times I’ve been here, so something changed recently. I went over the weekend to order right at opening time, I peeked in the door because online it said it was supposed to be open but the girl inside just looked at me. That’s fine I thought maybe the times are incorrect, so I waited and at 11:07 peeked in again and as the girls approached the door I heard her say oh my goodness in an annoyed tone, she was also rude while taking my order. Today I called to make a phone order and I have now been on hold for 15 minutes. I never had these experiences before so clearly someone is managing this incorrectly. How disappointing.
Welcome to your single serving life. To start this place took away the soy sauce bottles the mustard jars and the relish jars, replace it with this plastic pouches that are hard to open and just plain wasteful. Also you spend $15 on a dish and I’m eating it out of a plastic bowl and silverware like it’s Covid 2020 style. The food is good and the only reason I come here but this place is ridiculously ran. No I don’t need a ridiculous excuse of a response or go to the website. You should be ashamed.
I ate here with family many, many years ago and it was really good, kind of upscale.This time when I visited Phoenix, my friend said her family really liked the honey sauce and I'd probably really like the honey tofu. I had my nephew order for us. He used the app, then picked it up for us. We ate it at home.He added veggies for me because apparently the dish doesn't come with veggies, just tofu and rice. That doesn't seem like a restaurant meal, more like something I would cook at home when I'm too tired to chop and cook a lot of ingredients. So he added veggies for me.When he got the food home, I dug in. The tofu was good. It was big chunks, fried, maybe breaded. I couldn't really tell. What should have been crispy was kind of soggy because it had been sitting in the sauce, but it wasn't bad.I wasn't a fan of the honey sauce. It was too sweet, gloppy and sticky. It kind of ruined the whole dish for me. I would have liked the tofu better in a spicy sauce.I didn't think the food was all that. It was fine, but not upscale at all. Any Asian restaurant could have served food that good.
First time not bad always tried to avoided this place but my daughter pick this place son our Daddy, Daughter date. Food was great just the cook that day had a heavy hand and my Sesame Chicken was drench with sauce. Made all my fried rice very soggy. But as of this Saturday my son asked me to take him so Me and my 3 kids went out to lunch and than pooped over to the #POPPINTEABAR you gotta try Alotta Alotta Horchata say less! Spamerz100_xv2 out??
Food wasn't to bad. When you walk in and everything looks dirty including tables, floors and around trash bin you wonder about the kitchen. Only 5 customers and they were already served. Would have walked out but running late for play. Will pick somewhere else next time.
Ordered delivery and the potstickers and rice were good. they drew smiles on all my boxes which made me smile after a rough day, thank you! They even gave me an extra potsticker!! I’ve been grieving a loss and having such a rough week but these little things just made me happy. (:Minus a star cause it’s a hit or miss if you get them on a good or bad day it seems cause there’s been issues with previous orders.
This Pei Wei restaurant seems to have been neglected for years. It was very dirty and in desperate need of a deep scrubbing, especially the floor. The mens restroom was also dirty and missing part of the finished flooring/tiling. The ambience was dark. This makes it difficult to see the cooked food (one of the plates had an issue) I was very surprised to see a Pei Wei in this condition. Not sure it the pandemic is part of the reason, or if it has personnel issues. However, at the end of the day, it is a place where people consume food. At Pei Wei prices, customers have a higher expectation...
