Ordered through the drive thru. Staff asked if we had questions about the menu or if we would like recommendations. I thought that was great service. We ordered pepperoni flat bread, crust could have been more crispy, was still doughy. Got the strawberry mint drink and it was delicious and refreshing. It came with a free pastry too. Will go back
It's so close to my home so i continue to go here. but if a had another one near i would drive there instead. i could start my own cookie store with the amount of free treats they owe me for getting my order wrong. in SEVERAL occasions i have to park and get off my car to have them correct my order, kinda ruins the point of a drive thru.Food is good, just make sure to ALWAYS check your order before you leave.
We were so hungry I didn't take any pictures before we ate up almost all of our food and it was great good to every last bite ?
Ordered my food and went to sit down. About 10 minutes pass and the called me to the pick up window to tell me they didn't have the right bread for my sandwich and if I wanted a different bread..I told them yes. Then about 5 minutes later they say they don't have the steak for my sandwich. Meanwhile my friends and girlfriend are all waiting to eat. I waited over 25 minutes in and almost empty store, and was not very satisfied. The food was fine, but not worth the trouble.
I use to go there every week, but stopped going, because it’s terrible service there. If you go inside, no one to help you, just those stupid kiosks, which don’t work have the time. Out of a lot of sweets! And most the time, no indoor dining. Then when I started using the drive through. There always out of something by lunch time. We’re not making smoothies. Final straw for me, was when I went for a chicken walnut sandwich. That day I went at lunch time, they said they had no soup or sandwiches! How ridiculous! So what are they serving? Bread and water! I will not go there anymore!!!! They must have bad management!!! I use to love to go there, not anymore!!
Oh it was fabulous,I helped myself to these. Patrick's decorations that were out three weeks early, the food runner was like Hitler but female, and the food was OK after best, xo wash was 5 stars, because the food was good and after all that is the main reason we go right?
This was a day the lobby was closed for orders and only available online or drive thru. They were obviously under staffed. I ordered online and my food was ready fast. For being under staffed these girls all worked hard and fast to give good service. I watched people be very rude to them because of being under staffed. Thank you for being kind and fast with my order. Keep up the good work ladies. PS girl in the truck LOL
This is the second time I’ve been here The first time was a disaster but thought I would give you another try. We ordered the steak and cheese only to be told they were out of steak. Then we ordered the Turkey avacodo BLT only to be told they were out of Turkey. As we were getting ready to leave the girl yelled back to the kitchen and ask if they had steak and got a yes. So my husband got what he wanted. So I ordered a grill cheese. It was horrible. It was clear it was not a GRILLED cheese. It was cheese on bread that they put in a warming oven. The cheese was a glob of cold cheese. Terrible! I would just go to Jason’s across the street.
I ordered my food thru the app. I requested NO bread with the soup and NO lettuce on the half sandwich. I hate to waste food by throwing unwanted or unneeded food away. Also regarding the sandwich, I bought a half sandwich but received only enough chicken salad for one-quarter of a sandwich!I frequently go to 2 other Paneras and have NEVER had a bad experience, it's highly doubtful that I would bother returning to this location in the future.
This Panera (Metro Center) is not customer friendly. My friend is handicapped. They did not want to deliver the meal to the table. Rather insisted she pick up at the counter. My other friend was told they didn't have iced tea but of course they do.
