HORRIBLE. Probably won't order from ANY Panera again after my order from this location today. Fruit was old and gross... bread was old and hard... the new chicken sandwich had to be a joke! Barely any sauce and like 3 of the fried pickles that were literally dime size. 3rd party delivery so nothing was hot anymore but even if it was it would be awful.

This place was charming and i was greeted by a lovely good morning from from cashier/hostess. The food was excellent! I even purchased a beautiful loaf of rustic sourdough bread...mmmm. The hostess showed me where salt and pepper was and walked me to it to make sure i found it. This was a great experience...good food...great menu and excellent service with positivity. A++++

I've been to this location several times. Always clean and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious! I dinged one star because the coffee drinks, while also delicious, are very inconsistent in strength. Sometimes they are perfect and on my last visit the Iced Mocha Latte my Mom got tasted like it had a double shot of espresso and my frozen caramel was pretty strong too.Panera Bread is MY Favorite!

Ordered a French Onion Bread bowl to go on 2/15 at 7:00pm. This is what I got - for $9.00?! It was their small cup and a torn piece of baguette Shame… Shame… Shame…

I ordered take out. I had my bf pick it up. They forgot my soda. The soup was cold. Bread and cookie were both hard as rocks. Definitely not worth $15.

With close to 1 milllion reviews its highly likely this will be seem by a large group of people.No emotions, just facts. When an order is placed and a 30min time frame is relayed, you would think that after an hour someone would call or.try to resolve the issue. Not the customer having to call and being told your order is sitting here we're waiting on someone to pick it up. Further discussion with "mgmt" states that the order was no longer in their system so they would have to resubmit it... telling the customer it will be approx. ANOTHER HOUR until its delivered. 2 /12 hours is absolutely ridiculous! And to not give a care about the service or the customer is NOT how this company used to work. No offer to assist with the order, the $ already spent, or even a credit for their mistake. Between personal & business meals, spending 3k-5k a month across the country at this establishment, we will no longer support this brand until someone takes responsibility for their lack of customer service as a whole.

Food is usually good. The problem is they always seem to be out of things (even before the pandemic)

I really don’t know why this chain exists. The food is small and over priced. Tasteless, bland. Great customer service and coffee though. I just keep trying that place out and keep feeling disappointed. It looks good it’s clean and it is everything a restaurant should be. It’s just that the food is not good. It has potential but if they haven’t perfected their recipes in the last 10 years I doubt they ever will.

The computer messed up my order so when I went in my order wasn’t ready as I expected but the manager instantly took care of the problem and got my food out to me very quickly. On top of that, my food was delicious. Thanks Panera!

Tastes like school cafeteria food. My veggie sandwich was all bread and hardly any veggies too. I'll never order from Panera again
