It’s a good place to work, study, meet, etc. Great location with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of drink options. Food is hit or miss!Mostly the portion size and quality doesn’t match the price. But some items are good.The New Mexican Street Corn Soup is delicious (I took a photo, but looks like it disappeared!).The New Strawberry Poppyseed With Chicken Salad looks great, unfortunately, they were having a bad lettuce day and it ruined the salad-so couldn’t eat it ?but points for the operating partner who quickly resolved the situation! ?Decent amount of parking and clean restrooms! It’s right in front of the mall on Cactus!
The food, was terrible. $14 for a sandwich that was supposed to have avocado, was served on stale hard bread and literally one small piece of avocado on only one half, and two very small pieces of turkey.I wouldn’t complain but this is the second time I’ve tried this and it’s the same.I know there are worse things than a bad lunch, but it was shockingly bad.
We have been stopping into this location while here on vacation. Pandora has been taking excellent care of us!! She makes our daily visits enjoyable. A big shout out to her!!

As so many others state, the service and food is a disappointment. $6-7 for a small cup of soup and a cookie for $3+ because we didn't buy a beverage. The selections are minimal, the extras, i.e., butter, dressing, etc. are skimpy. Find another place.
I think this is my first review ever. To be honest, I want to give a shout out to the catering team for the Scottsdale location for being communicative and helping me out on an order and the cactus store team for fulfilling it. I placed my order the morning of because the catering at a different company cancelled my order the day of. The Scottsdale location was unable to accommodate because they had too many orders as is, so they texted me and found a location that would be able to get it done. They took care of everything and I only needed to show up to the cactus location. They really went above and beyond here and deserve a shout out. Way to go!

My son and I went to this Panera store for lunch today. I ordered the two and two, a small salad and a cup of soup. The manager, Romero (I was told by Bailey on the phone), did not put my $6.18 cup of soup into the bag. We got home with our sealed lunch bag only to discover the manager's failure. I phoned the store and was greeted by Taylor, who never apologized and simply said okay. I asked to speak with the manager who messed up our order. Bailey (she said she was also a manager) greeted me with the same "okay" response when told our order was not fulfilled. I asked Bailey why I've now spoken with two customer service reps and not one even said, "I'm sorry. Let me remedy that." She said she didn't know. What? I asked for a refund only to get a $6.18 refund. I believe the entire order should have been refunded after this terrible service. I mean, if the manager is screwing up my order, think of all those orders he put together that are getting delivered! Never again.
15 dollars for 2 little cups of soup and then get home and they didn't even include bread with the order. I called back and the defiant manager tells me the only option I have is to come back to pick up the bread. I told him I just rode my bike 2 miles one way to pick up the order can you refund me for the missing bread? Eventually after some back and forth he says he will refund the order and 6 days later there is still no refund on the card. I guess they expect the customer to be responsible for their incompetence
Always tasty meals there..desserts are wonderful..
I am pleased with my order. Good food, good service. I drove through and the server at the drive through was wearing a mask, which makes sense to me even if there was no pandemic.
