Worst Panera ever. They mess up orders, but then when you bring it to their attention they do not apologize or care. Instead, they told me that I ordered the wrong thing. When I showed my receipt to illustrate that they did in fact make it wrong, they rolled eyes and said “oh”. Super rude and off putting! This staff should not be working in a customer-facing role!
Hilariously bad. Mass chaos behind the counter. They called my name to pick up mo order and only one of the five items I purchased was there. Getting someone to look up and ackbowledge me was very difficult as I sought to get the rest of my order and step aside. I was the third person this happened to in a matter of minutes.The travel experience is such these days that this won't come as much of a surprise and I'm sure the morning rush is a challenge for these folks, but it was so bad I couldn't resist sharing my experience. Maybe don't call people's names to pick up their food until you have all the items in the bag.
My husband and I just ate here. We had two breakfast sandwiches and they were so bad, it was inedible. I will never go back to Panera. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad food at Panera.
Just do yourself a favor and buy a sandwich from. The little snack shops. Skipping this place is the best thing you can't do. I got a chicken , bacon , avocado sandwich. Chicken was super dry, bacon chewy, tomato slices were huge and only on 1 side. Bread was super dry, couldn't even chew it. 1st and last time trying this brand of food chain. Gross!
First of all the guy saw me standing there and turned his back until I went to ask for help. Then he took my order and some how someone got it comepletely wrong!!! I asked for a Turkey but with no mayo and a snicker doodle cookie. Charged me $15 just for it to have mayo and no cookie!!! Wish I wasn’t in a rush !!
The employees are beyond apathetic. Could care less about missed orders messed up orders etc. Ever single one acted like they were put out to offer any service at all. Worst service ever!
Horrible. Bagel thrown in bag, no butter when i asked for three, sold out of pretty much everything. I mean, bare minimum they couldnt even do that LOL.

Expresso machine is down. Asked for a large dark coffee with cinnamon and some half and half with a shot of expresso. After standing there 15 minutes the lady that is overwhelmed asks me if I want a coffee or no coffee at all since expresso machine is down. Finally pours a large dark coffee with nothing else.She is literally punching through the screen orders. Lost a ladies sandwich. Even saw her throw the bag name ticket away. Lady finally came for her order a d they couldn't tell which one was hers.Not a morning person working am shift........not a very good combination.Understaffed like everyone else.........yup
