I reached out to PB couple of days before our monthly event in Honeywell. I was connected to Tosca and she was absolutely awesome, helping to choose the items in the catering menu and clearing any doubts. Our monthly event happens to start early in the morning, and she made sure the food items were fresh and were delivered on time. We could not have asked for anything better, as she made the whole process stress free…. Thanks Tosca !

BE Aware of Safety of the food at this restaurant. My husband picked up a salad on the way home for me. First I noticed the quantity of the salad has decreased about half size as I normally get. After poured dressing over the vegetables mixing up, a lot of rotten vegetables buried on the bottom and covered by fresher vegetables on the top. Those rotten vegetables will make us sick for sure. If I can give no stars, I will do it without a heartbeat.

Panera has become really efficient these days, particularly all you need is buy a drink and work / do a business meeting. Just drop in, use the self checkout machines, buy the drinks, self pour the drinks, get connected and use the power sockets on almost every table !! Even better if you have the Unlimited Sip subscription for $10.99 which I have, rinse and repeat whenever you go by a Panera ?!! An unlikely favorite emerged suddenly just for the ease and self serve capabilities!!!

Great service! Friendly and nice associates! Clean and very nice place

My wife and I have had lunch at this location MANY times and have always had a great experience!Their food is fresh and delicious!Staff is friendly, dinning area clean, restrooms clean!

We were served with filthy silver ware, the floors are filthy the doors and windows were all filthy. The managers are putting food out on the line with silverware that had caked on food and fingerprints. They said it is their dishwasher... wash the dishes by hand then! Disgusting!

I've been in customer service my entire working career and this was one of the most incredible customer service experiences I've ever had. I had a meeting scheduled at the Cigna office in Phoenix earlier this week. I live in Texas, but was flying in for the meeting. We needed to bring lunch for everyone. I called a few places before calling Panera. Each place I called was not very helpful. Ordering for 25 people is not easy and I needed some help. When I called Panera I was connected pretty quickly to Tosca, the catering manager. Tosca is INCREDIBLE! She could sense I needed some guidance and immidiately started telling me how she could help. She even gave me her personal cell phone number and offered to talk anytime I had questions. When it came time to order a day or two later, I called in with some questions, and she remembered who I was. Her suggestion was that she place the order for me so I didn't have to stress over it. I can't even explain how happy that made me. She delivered the food herself and showed up promptly on time. She reviewed the order with me to ensure accuracy and then left. Her food recommendations were a hit at the meeting and it made me look like a rockstar. This mastery level of customer service is so uncommon these days that when I experienced it, it had to find a way to repay her. Hopefully this review will help. What am amazing human being Tosca is. Huge asset to the Panera organization. If I ever come back to town for more meetings, I'm not going anywhere else to order food. Tosca and whoever hired her deserve a raise and some recognition.Well-done!

Slow night! took forever to get order completely ignored by staff. Had to ask for rapid pick up 2 times!

Ordered take out from here. For once here's somewhere with sensible sized portions - just a shame that it costs a relative fortune for a tiny cup of soup. The quality was also very average. I've tasted better soup out of a can and the mac and cheese was unfortunately not much better.

Never called my name. Cold egg soufle. Asked for it to be heated. Gave another cold one. They need to pay better for more quality employees/food.
