Are used to be a regular at Panera and went to this location and got food poisoning… I got the take chicken sandwich and the Caesar salad… The dressing had absolutely no flavor and I’m not for sure if the chicken sandwich was actually cooked all the way through but the texture on parts of the sandwich wasn’t the same in both look and in taste… I stopped eating it and immediately after started feeling ill even posting this the next day i have been throwing up..
I've been there a handful of the times and the mac and cheese has always been amazing. A couple days ago I got a pizza that did taste a bit off but the lady behind the counter was super friendly and more than willing to replace it plus give extra tulip cookies, which was really nice of her. The gesture was really appreciated and I wish more places were as genuine as this one!
Team members did not communicate the order I was there for was ready. Order sat getting cold. Gave me four heavy drinks in a cheap cup carrier. Had difficulty keeping from spilling in my car and on myself. Manager said he was sorry about that. Nothing will change I am sure. I couldn't even apologize to the customer I was so frustrated.
Food is consistent. Kind staff. They will often come around and collect your plates. Great place to get work done. Outlets everywhere. Lots of people come here in the AM to do some work on their devices. I've always been able to find an outlet open.
Second time here( first wasn't the best) Hubby bought a gift card or I would have never gone back. Menu & pricing is very confusing. I opted for turkey avocado sandwich. Prices " near" the sandwich were $6.19 & $6.99. Gal rang me up and it was $12.+ first!! I said just give me a 1/2 size. It rang at $8.19 but I didn't notice til I sat down. Went to get a refund and gal with nose ring and shaggy hair rolled her eyes and talked literally behind her hand behind her manager to another employee about me. I received $2.00 back and I asked where the ACTUAL.PRICE was on the menu for my sandwich... he said " It's not posted!!" Buyer Beware. My sandwich barely had any turkey on it as well. Expensive lunch, tasted ok BUT NOT WORTH $27
Worst meal Ive ever gotten. We usually love the food but the salad was terrible and my husbands sandwich was shameful. Will not be going back.
This is my last time visiting Panera.False advertising. When you order a warm bowl add a cup of soup and save. I did that. And I paid full price. When I ask to the manager she said. To late. Nothing we can't do.
The food is always good quality and the people are nice, but if you put in an order for pickup, don't expect it to be ready on time, even if they send you a text that it's ready. Be prepared to go in and wait at least another 5-10 minutes.
Great store! Food is great! Service is friendly! Coffee is yummy! What I’m most excited about, though, is all of the outlets! I’m in town from Chandler and needed to find a place with lots of outlets to charge my laptop and phone. This place has outlets all over the place!!!!
Clean, quiet, and a great location to get a fix of fresh coffee.
