If you care about your freedom, don't waste your time, still to this day they want to see your vaccination statues, and mask, we walked and said not playing your games. obviously they don't care about freedom and they can take their business to Comifornia. We will spread the word to never step foot there again. If I could I would give this place a -5
they may have a great service and product, but when i visit phoenix again, I will not support a business that supports totalitarian dictatorship policies

Great little niche hidden gem.
We went there in an attempt to support the owners and their views on only excepting vaccinated people on the inside. When we went there, it was packed on the inside but we were able to grab the last table. Over the course of the night, we ordered a bottle of wine and two items to eat. We started with the bread service with olive oil and balsamic. Then we had a flatbread with pesto and it was delicious. If I had a criticism, it was quite warm inside. But the servers were nice and we appreciate that in a restaurant these days.
We took my grandparents here last weekend as they were needing to get out. Being older, we wanted to take them to the safest place possible, so we all grabbed our vaccination cards and headed over. We ALWAYS start our meals here with the bread. IT IS SO, SO GOOD!! The flatbreads and pastas are always reliably delicious, but my personal favorite is the Tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. Unfortunately, I cannot do spicy foods, but my husband and grandfather both love the green chili dishes. Now, the desserts... oh my god. The chocolate torte paired with the vanilla bean gelato is out of this freaking world!! It's rich and it took all of us to eat it, but it was worth every single decadent bite. There is also a great selection of beers on tap and their bottles of wine are reasonably priced. As far as the people on here who have never actually eaten at this establishment go... Asking for proof of vaccination does not infringe on your rights nor does it violate HIPPA. That law only applies to healthcare workers and entities. But hey, Oven + Vine has a gorgeous patio that you are more than welcome to, which is being way more gracious than they need be to accommodate any such idiocracy.
