I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. I love the burgers don't matter which one you get Super Great Big One, Great Big One, Double Big One, or a Fiesta Burger ?. The wing's are pretty good as well but I do recommend getting them extra crispy. Staff is pretty cool & they are one of the few few places that have Red Creme Soda.This place is very family oriented glad to see everyone coming back.BTW had the Super Great Big One & finished it. Such a wonderful place for eating lunch outside with the family. The patio area is lovely, fenced with plenty of tables and room for kids to run. My salad and my daughter’s chicken were both yummy, especially the fries. The service is friendly, despite being understaffed. Joleen in particular was helpful and kid-friendly.
First time here, this place gets busy as soon as it opens! I ordered the classic burger with jalapeño Jack, mushrooms and bacon, with zucchini on the side, unfortunately they did not have onions rings which was my initial choice. Great selection of soda to choose from. The mesquite flavor beef patty went well with the vintage atmosphere! I wasn’t jumping for joy at the condiment bar, it’s just not my thing. Overall I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m want delicious burger and I’m in the area!
First time here. Reminds me of an old southern bar with Antique decorations. I got fiesta burger which is pretty good. I look forward to coming back.
Never disappointed except when they run out of wings. Prices for bone in wings have increased significantly. $16.99 for 10. Poppers are made with cheese not cream cheese. Still good. Atmosphere is sport bar type dining. Staff is friendly. Call ahead to make sure they have wings if that's what you are going for.
neighborhood place that's been anchored here for decades. food is great...atmosphere is comfortable. Food is cooked to order...grilled over coals...sides are simple and follow the neighborhood burger joint lead. the restaurant is split there is the restaurant side and bar/sports bar side. Give this place a try and enjoy a part of the Encanto Neighborhoods history.
It’s a decent place try it out. Can’t go wrong with their burgers. I stick to the classic but they got some yummy sounding names on some of them. Give them a shot it’s definitely worth your time here
An interesting experience. Ordered the 1/2 pound burger with 1 pound of fries. The burger was excellent and I could probably have eaten the larger one. So I filled up on fries instead, indeed I couldn't finish them all.A couple of incidents marred the occasion. Dining there with friends, the first thing we noticed was they abruptly stopped taking orders citing an emergency in the kitchen, and one of our party had not gotten to place their order yet.The emergency became apparent as the place began to fill with smoke. Apparently the exhaust fan over the grill had stopped. We had to open the back doors to ventilate the place as all the staff seemed to be in the kitchen. Eventually things settled down bit I'm not sure my friend got their food.The other incident was when another of my friends found a piece of glass in their fries. They got their fries replaced but it was disturbing all the same.
Much better eating there, than ordering on line with DD. Burgers were delicious. They have a condiment bar, so you can dress you food any way you like.
Food was amazing! Grilled on the spot when you order and a nice relaxing environment.
