Awesome staff! From the moment we walked into this location we were greeted and helped from smiling faces. The staff helped us chose what to order and even remade a shake for us once we realized we ordered it wrong. Awesome food for price and great building environment too. Absolutely recommend
I've eaten at the Arcadia Original ChopShop several times and every time the experience is the same - absolutely wonderful. The cashiers are universally friendly and welcoming, the servers are attentive and seem to genuinely like assisting their diners, and the restaurant is always spotless. The food is consistently well-prepared and tasty and the portions are reasonable for the price paid. They also have the best lemonade (sugar- and stevia-based) in town. While it would be nice if they opened a location closer to my home in Downtown Phoenix, I'd probably still frequent this location because the people are so delightful.
I love the staff! Drew is the best, he remembers my sister and I every time, even if it’s been awhile since we’ve been in to eat. I love that we are greeted right away, even if busy. Everyone is professional, assists with the menu or suggestions if asked. The food is great, the menu is varied enough without being overwhelming. We are even checked on after we receive our food to see if everything is going well. I love the staff, love the environment, and love the food! Plus, we love the outfits based around jean fabric!!!! It’s a small thing but wanted to point it out!
Chop Shop at 32nd St and Campbell is simply wonderful. The staff and management ROCKS and the food is consistently excellent. For breakfast, the wraps are awesome. For lunch, I often split a club sandwich with a friend of mine as it’s big and really good. The vegan cookies are excellent.Keep up the great work guys . . .
Since it was my first time trying out the food at Chop Shop Arcadia I can only grade in this first time experience. They received 4 Stars because I don’t usually give out 5 Stars because that means there is no room for improvement in ones business .What I can say is the employees there were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful!The food both looked delicious and tasted delicious and I did not wait a long either.I entered the store at almost closing time too,and I saw no rolling eyes no snide remarks or moans due to my late order, so I am going to change my Rating to 5 Stars !Way to go employeesThank you for a wonderful first time experience at your Arcadia location .Sincerely Robin Michele
It was a very good salad. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The only thing I would have changed was the spring blend. Would rather have had romaine. It was still good. I enjoyed the dressing as well but would like to see more vinaigrette options.
The Thai chicken bowl is consistently amazing. I add Brussels sprouts and it’s so good. The blood orange lemonade was sooo good as well! And always recommend the toffee oatmeal gluten free cookie!
I just want to share my experience here with Cat. She was a super nice and very accommodating human being. I love her energy from the time I stepped inside the restaurant until I finished ordering she was full of enthusiasm talking to me. What a great example of good customer service. Thank you Cat. Keep up the good work. You are definitely an asset to this restaurant. I'm definitely coming back again!
I am a certifiable Chop Shop addict! My first love is the beet salad with chicken (their dressing makes my mouth water just thinking about it), and their bowls, breakfast, juices etc are consistently fast and delicious. Their loyalty program in a nice perk, and locations throughout the valley really help with getting my chop shop fix as much as possible. I also love the convenience of ordering through their app. So much to love about chop shop!
Really love this place. My favorite meal is the kale Caesar with tofu in a wrap. All their food is really tasty and the service is great, the app is super convenient for ordering, and their staff is friendly. The Arcadia location has a nice patio too where you can run around. The only problem can be parking but if you go at a busy time and just have patience for five minutes a spot will open up. Definitely a five star place.
