Why why why did Oregano’s discontinue their Stuffed Pizzas? It was the best pie in town. Terrible mistake.
Great food! Being from Milwaukee WI and walking into this place definitely gave me the good old Midwest vibes. Food was definitely delicious ?
Food is good, but this restaurant is a disaster! Nearly every time we have ordered from them in the past year or so, they have gotten SOMETHING on our order wrong. The last time was last week. We ordered 2 entrees and 2 salads, using Door Dash. When the order arrived, they had given the driver the wrong order. The entrees weren't right, and the salads were missing. I immediately went on Door Dash's website and reported the error, thinking initially that the entrees were correct and they had just forgotten our salads. I received a partial credit from Door Dash. Then, when I looked closer and was preparing to eat our entrees, that's when I noticed the entrees were wrong, too. I then contacted the restaurant directly. They told me they had our order there and we could pick it up. I informed him that it was inconvenient for me to pick it up, which is why I used Door Dash, so he said Door Dash could come get it. I told him I didn't know how to have Door Dash come back and pick it up without creating a new order. He put me on hold for a while, I guess to contact Door Dash, and when he came back on I had decided that I would just come get it after all, despite the inconvenience. That's when he informed me that Door Dash told him the order was canceled. I said no, they only issued me a partial refund, and he said the order was canceled, and therefore, I couldn't come pick up the food. Mind you, Door Dash only refunded me approximately $37, when my total with the restaurant was almost $60 (it was over $70 with Door Dash fees and a tip). I'm DONE with this Oregano's.
Been coming to Oregano’s several times a year since 2005. Never had a single bad experience. Food always amazing and Customer Service is the absolute Best
It was great! The food and service was awesome.
Oregano’s used to be some of the best Italian food in Phoenix, but lately it seems like they cut every corner they can get away with and what’s left isn’t impressive. Order a squeezer salad with your lunch and you get 6 bits of romaine, 3 croutons and a carafe of dressing. The spaghetti with meat balls was pretty okay though. It seems like across the board service has gotten worse since Covid and I understand they’re over worked and under paid, but the Camelback location takes this to a new never-before seen level. No hostess, no bartender, just 3 servers trying to do the work of 8.
Love the 5-star ambiance of this small restaurant in central Phoenix. Delicious food, friendly, efficient staff, comfortable seating and if they're booked and you have no reservation, seat yourself at the bar with no wait. This place is great with friends or family or a fun night out. Wouldn't recommend though for romantic dinner, as atmosphere is high energy.
My daughter really loves hanging out here. Good food and atmosphere. Plus the little one gets to play with dough.
This one was of the planned stops on my Phoenix Food Tour! Definitely a great place to get some delicious Italian food. The pizzas were incredible and the appetizer was on point. If you seek pizza they got you.
Most of the time, I love this location! I usually get great service both in-store and on the phone for pick-up orders. A couple times, the food I received was not on-par, like sometimes the bread I get is overly burned or will have some things in my dish which are not regular ingredients, but this has only happened a few times. Still one of my favorites!
