Omg this is the best one!! I come here on my breaks ! All the others don't compare i don't know why the others have higher ratings . There all trash compared to this one! Food taste hot & fresh! Busy or not . That's the best part!! You know when you go to a restaurant and see that it's slow . And your like hmm the food probably won't be as fresh. Not here!! It's fresh and ready FAST! UNLIKE THE OTHER ONES!

I always get the three different meats Combo, without the rice and extra vegetables. The Katsu is one of my favorite meat because it is seasoned just right and the crust is so good and crunchy. The next meat II love is the

Awesome Service very polite an very quick. Love the #42 amazing quality an amazing prices ? Thank you will return to this location.

absolutely disgusting customer service. charged me and did not give me the entire order. the staff refused to refund me because apparently they don’t have access to give refunds. it’s pretty comical that they told me to call customer service when there’s no customer service number listed anywhere. don’t go here unless you want your money stolen. i’m going to have to go to my bank to see if i can get my money back.

If I could give zero stars I would! The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and has absolutely no customer service etiquette. My nephew graduated from ASU so we had family from all over in town (Hawaii, Washington State, Maryland, Nevada & some local to Arizona) so we threw a graduation party Tuesday May 10, 2022. My sister called Monday to place a catering order and the woman over the phone explained that with big catering orders she would need to pay for half as a deposit. My sister said no problem she will pay in full. The woman explained that the card was declined which was a mistake so we used another card and again she said it was declined. We tried to problem solve and she told us to come in at 11am when they open. We go in at 11am when they opened a different cashier/hostess was there. We payed with no problems and said we would be back at 4:30pm to pick up the catering for the party. Flash forward: 4:30pm we come to pick up the order and the woman who assisted us over the phone was cashier/hostess now. She was even more unpleasant and rude in person. We explain we are there to pick up an order and she said there is no order for that name. We show her the receipt and then she still continues to yell at us that the order is not there and there are 5 orders ahead of us. This was upsetting as we placed our order the day before and payed for it at 11am but to top it off with her nasty attitude was just horrible. We needed the food as we we’re now on a time crunch and we can hear the cooks in the back hustling to prepare our CATERING Order that was supposed to feed 160-200 people!!! After all was said and done we received the food at 5:30pm and over half the tray was cabbage, the food did not even feed 30 people. This was the worst catering experience ever, very unorganized and rude. This place used to be amazing it’s just disgraceful how terrible it is now!

Purchased the family meal. Lots of food and the friendly staff recommended the chicken katsu as my third choice. Excellent. The kalua pig was not too salty and had enough flavor for us 3. But some may want more imu type flavor. Lots of rice, mac salad and vegetables. Big bang fo da bucks la-dat. Lasted 3 days for 3 adults. Easy location, restaurant is clean with a Hawaii local atmosphere. Did I mention da friendly staff? Want Excellent Hawaiian local style food away from da Aina in Phoenix, Arizona? Go hea bruhdah. Ono-licious broke da mout!

I like this place! It's not as good as authentic Hawaiian BBQ from Hawaii, but it does the job.The portion sizes are huge. I recommend the Hawaiian BBQ mix because you get a bit of everything. The pork ribs are my favorite because they had a lot of juicy fat and meat. I liked the beef second because it was also juicy. The Hawaiian BBQ chicken was mediocre and kind of dry.The dish comes with lots of rice and a side of macaroni salad. The salad was meh and needed more salt. You also get some cabbage and a piece of broccoli. The cabbage was weird because it was literally a chunk of cabbage. They could have spent an extra minute or so chopping it at least!?The meat is really good on its own but you have the option of packing some sauce to go. I recommend the teriyaki sauce because it was tastier than the katsu sauce.

Tried this place from a recommendation and it was okay. The meat that they serve is cooked well. The chicken is easy to cut into which at some Hawaiian BBQ places, is not the case. The rice was good, but getting to go, you need to remember to get the suace yourself. Without the teriyaki sauce, the meal was a bit bland or subpar. I plan to try the spicey meal next to see if that livens it up.I give this 3 stars because of the service was there. Not rude or mean, just there. The food is a medium level i think without extra sauce or similar.

Tried this place through doordash, and its delicious. By far the best Hawaiian BBQ I've had. Had a pick 2 deal and they hook you up with a full plate and more. Love it here.

Thursday night, place closes at 9, we arrive just before 8 and the bathrooms are already closed. They kitchen was half shut down (although the food was still tasty, only redeeming quality), had to go and use Panda Express bathroom. Got the food and there was no sauce available so I had to ask for tomorrow’s sauce. Then while we ate they put everything up and washed the floors around us. We left before 8:30. They acted as if they were already closed and that we were a bother. Too bad it was such a terrible experience because the food was good, but sorry chefs, your front staff ensured we won’t be returning.
