Customer service is great just need to teach your staff how to make the shakes the right way your just getting a bunch of ice impossible to even drink it

Best place to get your work out shakes from! I’ve been going for a few months now, and I keep going back because 1. The shakes are BOMB and 2. The staff.I usually run into the same people, Sara who is super friendly and funny! She’s a rockstar and always remembers my order! ?Shout out to Liz too, these two can have a line of 10 people in there but they are seriously shake ninjas, remembering everyone’s order, training, managing and knocking out the shakes in minutes... all with smile. So glad I decided to try One Stop... forever customer thanks to the amazing staff!

I walked in around 6 to get a shake and the young girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked for shake. She was on her phone or the computer I walked in and she rolled her eyes at me after I asked for a shake and stopped what she was doing behind the counter..I felt like it was a hassle to have her make me a shake...I've never really had a problem and I've been coming here for years.People can sense when they are not welcomed into an establishment
First time working out at LA Fitness, seen One stop nutrition for the first time and it was great
Me and my friend usually go to One Stop nutrition on bell rd and 7th street . Today Aug 3.2020 around 8:30pm we came to this location and we asked the individual who was working that shift a simple question about a drink and he rudely answered well not really answered he just pointed to a sign and he had the biggest attitude. We noticed he was having attitude to an elderly lady and her daughters before us. Definitely below customer service . He seriously killed our night . Someone needs to replace him.
