I bought a pre-workout from this location. After opening it, I discovered the powder was rock hard. I had to use a knife just to break the scooper out. I took it back and the clerk told me they don't honor returns on open products. I told him the situation and he wouldn't budge. How am i supposed to know its gone stale without opening it?? Bad customer service, and shady business practices. They should stand by their products. I lost $50, but you lost another customer who spends 10X that in your store per year. Most of their products are way cheaper online anyways, but I like to support local. No longer.
Great smoothies and the guy there is also very knowledgeable about the products they have, their functions and pricing.

Owner is very unprofessional and rude to customers and some staff which creates a very awkward atmosphere. No place should have the store owner working everyday with his staff, if this is the case then the place should not be running.Also their protein that is made by them they erase the expiration date and write a new one if it has expired. The protein they are supposed to put in the shakes is ISO pure but the owners collect the large tubs and feel it with the their own protein it is NOT isopure.The shakes are not consistent and if they are busy the owner bosses them around to make shakes or if the shake doesn't looks correct the owner will remake it making the employees look like they dont know what to do. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Tony runs an incredible franchise of One Stop Nutrition. I've been a loyal customer for many years now and can depend on Tony and staff to always make a good supplement or nutrition recommendation. Shakes are very delicious.
My go-to spot after the gym. Love their shakes. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Horrible customer service.I purchased a shake and a protein cookie. The guy in the morning was so busy being rude that he didn't make my shake the flavor I asked for. I brought the shake back and told him it wasn't what I asked for and he told me "this doesn't look like the shake I just made". He did make it over but it still wasn't what I asked for so I settled for an easy flavored shake.Later the same day I noticed my account was short exactly the same amount I paid that morning. So I returned to the shop prior to them closing. A young man was there and claimed not to know his manager's name or have a corporate number available. This shop charged me twice and I wanted a manager name so as to resolve the situation and return my money. This guy did not want to give me any manager's name as if he was the one who double charged me and he wasn't even there. Both him and the morning guy was rude and inconsiderate of my time and money that I spend in this store.I don't recommend this shop to anyone. There are other shops. This one shop will never get my business or recommendations.They suck.
Favorite One Stop Nutrition and now the only one I go to! Owner and staff are on point with customer service, selection of products is great, and the knowledge on products/use is excellent. Even with me being a talker these guys have me in and out in no time. Love you what you guys do, thank you!
